Staro Hotel - Hotel In Vijayawada

Inquiry price and actual price is different. They said 1800 for Deluxe family room but charged 2000 when we reached there. Room is pathetic, bedsheets were dirty. Washroom has no shower. washroom Hanger was broken . No proper reception , room with Full of mosquitos. Only positive is it is on the nh16 . Not worth of the price they charge. There is only one person to help you so you will have to wait 30 min if you ask to extra pillow also.very bad place to stay. Room is full of dust . Very unhygienic.

I'm not sure how this hotel has received 5-star ratings from others. I stayed there last Friday and had a disappointing experience. The staff's customer service and communication were lacking, and the bathroom wasn't clean. When I requested water for the room, they refused, saying that it wasn't included in my booking and that I'd have to buy it myself. While I understand charging for additional water, the first round should be provided as a basic amenity. I had also booked an extra mattress, but they wouldn't provide an extra blanket, telling me to make do with a bedsheet. The sheets they gave were unclean and had an unpleasant odor. I'm surprised others have rated this hotel highly, as the service and hospitality really need improvement. There's plenty of competition, so please keep this in mind.

As per price hotel is ok. It's on the highway and location is good. Few parking available. Mosquitoes are there in the room and bathroom not maintained properly.

First of all there was no toilet soap and shampoo pouches in the hotel , secondly the tv wasn't working. And it was a hard and fast rule for the pre payment of the room tareef. The staff was not at all co-operative over here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Third class room with third class room service and unethical behaviour of staff and owner bugs in the room and also red ants don't go for wastage of money

Worst hotel I had stayed.No proper staffs.Bathroom are very dirty.when I asked them, this is not five star hotel.Bed spreads are dirty and not washed.How people give stars to this hotel, not able to give one star. .

Only it is good for the road tripper because of its location beside the highway, but wait! The bed has bugs and red ants to bite you in the night to make you hell out of nowhere. Room service is a joke. I had to carry water bottle from downstairs to upstairs while also carrying my luggage. And, there is no water, tea bag, milk sachet etc, no toothpaste, brush, no soap also, only handwash bottle. Bathroom is not maintained for cleaning. The parking is also limited for cars. Okay for bikes. Conclusion: Better stay elsewhere than get bitten with bed worms at Rs. 1700.

I had an excellent stay at Vijayawada. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend for anyone visiting at Vijayawada
