Sr Grand Hotel

Really had a positive experience with them. Had my in laws in there for about a month, and it felt safe and secure in the hotel. They took good care of them and responded to all the requests asap.

The receptionist tried to check me out 1 hr early saying that 10 p.m from the present day to 10 p.m the next day is 25 hrs, literally a scam. Adding to that no hot water. Rooms need remodeling.

I am not getting how 3.9 rating presented for this hotel. Plus: 1. Location - Easy to find 2. Rooms are there in 3 & 4 floors and Lift facility is there Minus: Ika Modhaledadhama 1. Not so good parking. Hardly 3 to 4 cars for entire hotel and trends 2. Room cleanliness is worst 3. They said hot water is there but actually no Hot water 4. AC - AC is there with some constant temperature. Remotes are not working and no option to change the temperature as per our need 5. Cost for extra bed is 300 without pillows and blankets 6. No water facility 7. Not so big rooms as showing in photos 8. Only single bed even in large rooms. Not 2 beds as shown in photos. 9. No WIFI 10. Bathrooms are not good 11. Last and most important, Room rent is 2000 for starting and small rooms. In my opinion, 500 rupees is more than enough.

Very nice , clean and tidy hotel with very quick room service. Got full AC room there and even hall was very nice and sofas were very comfortable. Overall location is very nice as you have reliance trends in same building, nice tea shop in front and even small tiffin centres nearby. On the main road so transportation is very easy and accessible. It had TV as well in room. Very big washroom and triple person bed.

Pros: It is easy to locate, and it's on the main road. Adjacent and opposite to this hotel, multiple food options are available. For emergency purposes right opposite to this hotel medical shop is there. Cons: room maintenance, especially bathroom maintenance, isn't up to the mark. The parking area is filled with debris, bit smells.

Worst behaviour with customers talking rude in hotel there is leg accidents injuried friend we went too meet and seee him receptionist didn't allowed and saying he will not sent Novotel dv manor is better we are there to stay we came for just seeing the our Frnd no proper receiving he is staying 15 days in hotel don't have baisc respect towards customers
