R R Service Apartments

We booked a one bedroom apartment for a 7 night stay in Darwin. The first night we got upgraded to a three bedroom as no one bedroom was available. It was great although much too big for us. Three bedrooms the main with ensuite and walk in robe with balcony. The other two bedrooms were very nice with a family bathroom. An open plan full kitchen with an island bench, dining table to seat six and two three seater couches with a flat screen tv and another balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Bathrooms had lovely white towels and complimentary products. There was undercover locked parking with a lift to the door and a lovely rooftop pool with great views of the city. The next night we were supposed to be moved to our one bedroom apartment which still ended up being a two bedroom which we had for the other 6 nights. Slightly smaller with mirrored wardrobes and only one bathroom and balcony. Full laundry facilities in units including washing machine and dryer and iron and ironing board. The apartment block seemed very new modern and spotlessly clean. Serviced daily. We found these apartments to be an ideal spot to stay. Supermarket 5 mins walk away. 10 mins walk to Tourist i formation Centre and Hop on Hop off bus and a very relaxed 15 mins stroll or less to Waterfront and Stokes Wharf Tourist spots. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value compared to the hotels.

New apartment type of hotel, service provided by the caretaker Mr. Phani is good. Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms and excellent air conditioning. This is a tied up with FABHOTEL group, but it's cheaper to book directly, if you book directly with hotel then you have 24 hours check in. If through fabhotel then 12noon check out.

The crew here was fabulous and they respond at midnight also with good warmth. Maintaining the hotel with all safety measures for COVID. Had stayed here and Breakfast is good and hygiene was maintained.

Poor room service..new hotel without any experienced staff. Rooms and linen are clean. But calls to reception are useless. You dont get any service in time. Its not an apartment. Does not have a restaurant/ coffee shop. Hotel will get your order from a restaurant nearby.

Good service apartments. Clean and calm.

Good place for marriage functions. 60000 per whole day for total rooms. Cost is on higher side

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. They provide parking facility as well.

Good place, Good rooms ... Food you have to look outside.. no food available
