PARK SIGNATURE HOTELS - ROYAL BENZA

The most worst stay ever.iam a doctor who loves to travel and i have been to many cities and hotels with same costing but trust me rooms costing below 1500 are better than this.i paid 3800 for a king bedroom and it has about 15-20 problems.sticky floor,slippery bathroom,staff speak very casually with least respect like they are talking to their fellow staff.they did not send a boy to hold my laguage to the room. Rooms are not at all spacious for the cost u spend.I wanted to at-least try food ,and to my surprise they said the restaurant was not working.i had to order outside. Its the service what u expect when you pay a price equivalent to a 3-star hotels king room.iam a person who gets adjusted usually,but this hotel really made me feel uncomfortable the day i stayed.hospitality is also very passive and week.i support my comment through photos.i hope atleast the manager or owner whoever is concerned,reads this and tries to fix and maintain the things as needed for premium customers.

Overall our Stay for just 2 days, we reached the property in the morning, Surprisingly no water was available in the bathroom they replied that they have maintenance, the location is good, the complementary breakfast was good

Stayed here in December and also earlier. Very good hotel. The staff are very hospitable. The food, especially the breakfast is excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement including the power sockets. Pest control should be done regularly to avoid cockroaches in the room. Told this to the staff.

One of my best and peaceful stay in Vijayawada... Rooms are spacious, hygiene and clean... Moreover the service is top notch...staff are kind, friendly and well behaved... Definitely I am going to come here again

Hotel with Hidden Charges! The hotel itself was good, but they have a habit of charging for everything! They didn't inform us about the late checkout fees beforehand, and when it came time to check out, they charged a hefty amount for it. When we questioned them, they simply said, "It's our policy." Transparency is important, and this lack of upfront communication about extra charges left a bad impression. While the stay was pleasant, these surprise costs make me hesitant to recommend this place to others.

We are a group of 15 people who booked 5 rooms. There is no water literally no water and the staff at the hotel lack empathy and courtesy to atleast provide us alternatives Our plans are completely disrupted because of this water issue. They didn't even care to compensate in any way. I would say dont visit this place. They are a three star for just a name sake

Receptionist dhanalakshmi was a very cooperative and guided properly.room size is big but bathroom size is very small and not convenient for bathing and even complimentary breakfast varieties to be increased.

I had a great stay , Room was very neat. Staff were friendly. Front office associate Dhana Lakshmi garu was incredibly cordial.
