Disappointed - Room Not Available Despite Online Booking I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room online well in advance and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived at the property, I was told that no rooms were available. The front desk staff seemed confused and offered no real explanation or apology. I was left stranded with my luggage late in the morning This kind of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially when travelers rely on confirmed bookings. If the hotel cannot manage its reservation system properly, it should not allow online bookings. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be staying here again.

The presence of mosquitoes and the foul odor from contaminated, yellow-colored groundwater make staying in the city center unappealing. If the water issues are addressed, it could significantly enhance the area's livability; otherwise, it's not worth it.

The room was clearly not cleaned properly--there was dust, sand and water on surfaces, and the floor felt sticky. The bedsheets looked worn out and had stains, pillow covers were dirty and it looked like someone had vomited on it. The bad smell was coming from the bad sheet. It was hard to relax or feel clean. To make matters worse, the toilet was in terrible condition: it smelled bad, wasn't flushed properly, and looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in days. Definitely not the standard I expected. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place unless serious improvements are made. Apart from this the room was full of mosquitos and insects which were making my sleep horrible.
