OYO Flagship Hotel Sunrise

If over all waste staying in the hotel.no proper management.they do not have room services nor they provide any thing on request for room services. But one worst was they hiretheroom to couples on hours basis.would request not to get in this hotel specially family plz stay away from thus hotel not recommended for family members. I don't understand on what basis gobibo taken this hotel after seeing such dirty review still they provideto other guest. 3rd class hotel i have ever seen in my life instead u can take normal lodge. Suggest all guest plz don't ever step in by mistake

One rapid stupid guy suggested this hotel....one of the worst hotel i seen in my life...only one zero bulb, one fan, bad smelling room....price was high....in bathroom heater is there....not working..... maintenance was very less.... families are not save this hotel...24 hours amount was paid first

Very dirty fellow is maintaining this hotel,he is just thinking about money not about customers safety,as i stayed there 2 days i complaint to change room because very bad smell is coming from inside he said i will change with in halfanhour,after that he again said upto this evng i will and again nxt he said i will after the working boys arrived like postponed two days and not even changed room also,he is not provided even drinking water also for mee....

Worst hotel I seen, room was dirty once we pay money they person are not co operated with use please don't book rooms in this hotel

The hotel staff was very arrogant, agressive and rude while talking to the customer. Not giving any respect at all even for the name sake. Staffs are knocking the door every few minutes without any reason. Rooms are okay but the entire floor smells cigarette smoking. I'm giving one star only for the staff behaviour.

Worst service by hotel management. Lift and the primices were getting electric shock. Beds not cleaned properly. Alloting next members without cleaning bed and bathroom.

It's an okay stay. Room did not have any ventilation. Rooms are spacious but weren't maintained well. The pillow was like a rock very uncomfortable. Bedsheets and blankets were torn and dirty. Sofa was also very dirty with so much of stain. Bathroom was very very bad, the door doesn't easily close. The bucket was broken and leaking. The whole night I heard this sound from the lift "please close the door". Overall the property is very old and the maintenance is bad. I booked through Makemytrip so check in was also not smooth. People in the reception asked me to pay even though it was already paid online. I had to argue for sometime to get the keys.

Overall good, service is super. But maintenance need to improve found cockroch
