OYO 81390 Hotel Suprabhath Grand

Room servive seems to be at down side. Stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Rooms was cleaned daily and bed was arranged in an order but never changed the bed sheets even after 3 days where we used to say daily to change the bed sheet. Geysers used in this hotel are solar powered, so we can get hot water only till the sun sets. Taking the bath at night with cold shower is pathetic even on our 3rd day hot water was unavailable till 8:30 in the morning. One more to add on there's a tv and setup box provided but we have to see only free couple of channels. Finally rooms are good bed is good but service and facilities are not upto the mark.

I saw a woman in cleaning section, Couldn't speak with her because I don't know Telugu... But her hardworking .. salute

Worst maintainance of rooms and washrooms, everything is charged extra even water,....used bedsheets ,TV doesn't work,no internet no intercom works to call the staff...... AC compressor blows air in with all the odours and every washroom is attached to next room every tap sound and disturbing nature in room...

The worst hotel I have stayed.Even there is no light in bathrooms,if we complain about it their response is you need to adjust.Worst maintenance.

Newly started hotel in Vijayawada at good locality, it's right behind to subhamasthu shopping mall. Rooms very neat and clean, 2bed and 3bed rooms available. As usual Each room contains AC, television, wardrobe.Especially tea is just awesome in hotel. Soft spoken staff and management, cellar parking is available. 24hours based bookings if you visit directly to hotel, staff is available 24/7. And Yes, it's couple friendly.

I don't have the other alternatives so I went to the hotel and asked for room for few hours to get fresh, they didn't and said you need to have 24hrs. They said 1800 even-though google showing around 700, I showed the same and they said we are not accepting any internet orders. Room is also not that much good, they didn't even provide me the towels for the sake of money. Worst worst hotel, I don't want to again even if there is no alternatives. You should so some humanity If You charge me for 24hr, you won't give that room anyone if I check out. Why don't any restrictions on hotel prices..

This the worst OYO property I have ever visited, i booked it in OYO and the property owner says the rooms are not vacant, I waited to contact OYO support and in the mean time some one came to enquire about the room and he is saying it is available for him. When I ask him about that he replied to me that is business. So he is expecting me to cancel the OYO booking and book a room directly. As I have paid the amount already he simply said we don't have rooms. The worst responses I get from the property owner. If I have a negative rating I would have gone for that.

Smalls rooms, congested place, car parking is the biggest problem, service is totally bad. Far Below Oyo standard. Cigarate smell was coming from rooms. Switch boards broken, AC was switched off many times. Unless we call them and ask them to open again.
