OYO 6383 Hotel Leela Grand Inn

Rooms are filled with roaches. Rooms are good but not properly maintained. Air conditioning and hot water is available l. If you're going with kids then avoid this place.

This is purely about the hall located on floor 5. It was not a huge part, but decent enough for 75 to 100 people. Hall was maintained well enough neat. The restrooms are also good. Air-conditioning is also admirable, even at 42 degrees hot it was cool. It's good enough.

Space is good.. But, Lift broke down during our visit, 2 of Our family members stuck in the lift for around 15 mins. Fan/exhaust inside lift was not working, that got repaired only after around 2 to 3 hours.. Management please take a note.

A budget place in a neat locality, the hotel is a on a small lane in governorpet. The rooms were okay. The second floor room was really neat and was good to stay at. The other room in the first floor was smaller and smelt bad. The sheets need better cleaning. The room service was very good. There is no in house restaurant so they get the food from outside but it was good enough.

Good clean hotel with good air conditioning and quick responding staff. But the toilet flush was not working some of the time or inflow was very slow, a little no attention on maitainance front is needed. However that's the bloodline and the life line of any good hotel for that matter . It's an everyday job.overall enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for 2 days and a night. |The staff were kind of helpful for anything. |But never expect much services. |There is no restaurant as of now. The following is brought from outside with the help of a boy with the advance Payment.||Amenities were great!! For a standard room(1.5k / day via yatra.com with just 10% discount) we got everything like ac, hot water, towels etc.. and an lcd tv with usb support and common indian channels.|Major feature is they have lady receptionist and lady service staff at night! |The room was calm. Though not that spacious, its sufficient enough for a frequent traveller. |The infrastructure is well sure that it's never maintained after initial installation. |It causes some problems like scratches on wall, cigarette patches on table etc.. But its okay.. depending upon you guys!

My brother performed his daughter's engagement function last week. Every thing went on well like arrangements for parking, breakfast, startup drink, lunch etc. But he was disappointed on that day as his grand daughter's gold chain was lost during the function. Really its unfortunate. But the Guests attended felt/suspected that its the act of a chain snatching gang as this hotel is located in a area where the snatchers can easily eascape. I suggest the management take of security of visitors and guests.

I booked this hotel via Cleartrip. In a good price I found the best hotel. Everything was perfect, fine & having quality, including infrastructure inside the room, walls, doors etcetera. Staff was also good and responsive. So nothing bad is to say about this hotel.||||Only one feedback to improve is that, breakfast / lunch / dinner is not available inside this hotel, it is to be arranged from outside. So if it is also provided in the hotel, then it is one of the best hotel of Vijayawada.||||That's All!!
