Pros: Very well located on the Hyderabad highway. Staff was good and helpful Ample parking space. A/C was effective Mattress was comfortable Kettle and tea bag kits were available Cons: Cockroaches in the bathroom Geyser was not working Bathroom drainage was not working properly Room Floor tiles was humid and slippery Soap and shaving kit were not provided Extra bed provided in the form of foldable mattress to be laid on the floor There were holes in the blanket provided for the extra bed Room was costly compared to the hotel maintenance and cleanliness I hope the cons are taken as a feedback to improve your services

We have booked a river view room and had a great view of sunset and the Krishna river. Hotel is on the highway and easily accessible. U can skip the city traffic. Rooms are neat and well maintained.

Worst service and behaviour hotel. Advise not to take this hotel. 12pm check in and 30min prior also they will ask 1000. It's a scam. From reception to their manager all are very bad behaved. They treat as if they are paying for you. I had booking from 17-19 mar 2025...and I had to cancel the booking standing in the reception only...never seen such hotel

No communication between staff members, worst experience ever Very very bad hotel staff I have ever seen I don't recommend this hotel forantone because they are very comercial, we booked week before now they are mentioning new rules and regulations,hate this place font ever try to book and don't ever pay adavance while you booking Don't get fool by seeing the pictures this is mt honest and genuine review ,fo best hotels in Vijayawada never ever book this waste hotel Staff is very rude and they don't know how to communicate the matter to the customers before booking they just take the amount first and then they will show there true colours I honestly suggest you guys , don't book any rooms in this hotel

Ambiance is nice great staff, located heart of city . Visited with family food tastes great both veg and non veg ordered. Can find authentic dum biryani not like any flavoured rice. Had great time with family

Food is tasty. Bailley Water bottles(Normal)were charged at Rs.45/- each against MRP of Rs.20/-. This is against the norms and not correct. Hence not recommended.
