M5 Hotel

I have been visiting M5 for the last 2 years, everything is on point. Some renovation works are going on as of now. Some staff members like Kalyan and Moses are very good. They respond very quickly if you need something. Waiters in the restaurant are polite and attentive.

I recently stayed at the M5 Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and accommodations. From the moment I arrived, the guest service team made me feel welcome and valued. The front desk staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. A special mention goes to Saraswathi from the room service team, who provided outstanding service during my stay. Her attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. She ensured that all my needs were met with care and professionalism, making my experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping also deserves high praise for their impeccable work. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and respectful of my schedule, ensuring there were no disruptions. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and relaxing, and the level of care provided by hotel, the guest service team, and housekeeping made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend M5 Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean accommodations, and a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Spent two nights on different days- onward to Hyderabad and on return. The place is renovated so wonderfully especially the rooms in less than a year! Excellent rooms with good ambiance, spacious, with all creature comforts. All are fully furnished. Bath & WC are totally revamped. 24 hour hot water. Maintained well. Tariff is quite comfortable. Restaurant is cosy, and ample breakfast options, which is complimentary. Limited parking. However I had no issue in parking my car comfortably and safely.

Decant hotel location at prime area of benz circle roos are neat and clean. Tasty food recommended for familyes house keeping service verry good breakfast is very tasty dinner also Reception staff Mr Hari Krishna very respectfully and good receiveing

Service very Poor, Lot of mosquitoes in room, No sleeping provision for driver , Food quality is tooooooo bad, Staff is very unprofessional & Non Cooperative, not value for money Don't plan to stay here

service was very poor ,very dust and smelly rooms no ventilation no wifi for 8 days (yes),roadside breakfast is better than their complimentary breakfast

service was very poor and late, old channel based tv, no hindi channel, no wifi for 8 days (yes), only south indian food for 8 days in break fast same menu. Good nature of staff, room cleaning was fine, no ventilation in washroom, tv remote out of order. Location is excellent.
