Hotel VL Grand Rooms

Well maintained hotel but staff behaviour was very rude . Receptionist was unprofessional and they treated us like slaves. No wifi, No complimentary water but they charge like star category prices. Think twice before choosing this hotel to stay.

The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was especially outstanding--fresh, diverse, and delicious. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation.

Feel Good about our Stay in VL Grand Rooms. Very much comfortable. Staff responce, behaviour is quite professional & friendly.

Good Rooms but terrible management. Has no clue of hotel management or customer service. Multiple miscommunications within their team and poor managerial skills of the owner and the in-charge at the reception.

I came for a marriage , My friend provided room in VL grand,Rooms are Neat and clean at best price.. can stay comfortably.
