**Terrible Service and Unbelievable Charges!** I had the worst experience at this hotel! The customer service was shockingly bad. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one from senior management was available, which was completely unacceptable. To top it off, I was charged an absurd 2000 just to check in 2 hours early. I've never encountered such unreasonable charges in my life! The lack of professionalism and care for customers is evident here. If you're looking for a hotel with decent service and fair treatment, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place was an absolute nightmare. ---

**Worst Hotel Experience Ever!** I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was repeatedly told no one was available and that no one from senior management was on-site. It was frustrating, to say the least. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay an outrageous 2000 for a mere 2 hours of early check-in. I've never encountered such unreasonable charges before. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It's clear they don't care about their customers or providing any form of decent service.

I visited their restaurant for the first time and tried their food, which I didn't enjoy -- though that's subjective. However, I had an unpleasant experience overall as I found a steel scouring pad in my dish. It shows zero effort toward quality.

Worst experience and Worst service. Came here for a business meet. and booked room online and amt paid, requested front desk person for a early check in as rooms are available.. told him I will leave early and asked room just for 1 hr for getting ready. Front desk rudely declines the request and told to check in only at 12 or I need to pay 2000rs. When i asked to speak to the supervisor, he says no one is available This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.. Don't come to this place for business trips or with family.. choose a place else where who values the customer.

I visited Vdara for one event. According to Infrastructure and Atmosphere and Location is fine but the staff not cooperating with customer. Atleast they didn't help customer if they have any languages or more things to carry inside the hotel. No one will help us. So I disappointed with staff services. Apart from that everything is fine.

It is a good hotel and best service I got but location was some far from city over all the hotel is best in all way

This place used to be quite good a while back but now I dont know why but this hotel isn't good enough. Dont stay here especially if you are looking for a silent stay because their sound proofing is ridiculous and on top of that they have a hall on the top floor which they desperately provide to anyone for a price to party or whatever with blasting music at 1:30AM without any care for room occupants including kids and old aged people. When contacted regarding the sound issue the manager is supposedly unavailable and the guy in reception says he shall go sort it out only to be not seen for an hour. The food was Ok'ish Rooms were good but the management and the rules on which the hotel is supposed to run are a joke. Not recommended when travelling with kids or old aged people or if u prefer a silent stay to rest or work. Thankyou.

Not very happy, looks old people are smoking in the corridor and loud music from the top during the late night. I see similar reviews after booking. I make sure to review and submit my feedback on goibibo as well
