Hotel Tulasi

You can stay here at own risk. I stayed here on 4/10/2024 Charging customer 2000/- per day and minimum facilities are not provided. Fans aren't working. Bedsheets not clean. Bathroom flush not working and not clean and many more. Only positive part is customer service but in terms of ambience it's worst. I would Suggest to book any other place which would be less cost than this and more clean and more facilities Worst maintenance I have ever seen

I stayed here along with my colleague Ratneshrao to accompany the NAAC peer team of our college who stayed at Novotel, Vijayawada. It is very near to Novotel. Location is ok but very poor maintenance..

This like lodge or oyo worst hotel

Today I was checked in room no.303, but there was no complimentary drinking water, soap etc,and AC remote, then I was called and informed two times for reception Mr.sathish didn't not responded so long time. Then I went reception and asked to receptionist but Mr.Sai security guard was discussed unnecessary and shouted too much. Here with I am giving complaint to management to take proper action and please give instructions to staff to give respect to customer and do job as per rolls of responsibilities. Thanking you.

We have been here recently on a business trip rooms are neat,spacious,well furnished. and had a lunch. The taste is simply superb and delicious. Location and ambience are fantastic and service is appreciated. This place has decent decor and tasty food.

Hotel Tulasi Country Side The Family restaurant PRO's: 1) One of Finest restaurants offering 2plate Combos 2) Reasonable prices with reasonable quantity and reasonable taste 3) Combos Menu seam good 4) Simple and Good Ambience Con's: 1) Cool drinks weren't maintained cool 2) No Proper Service, wantedly delayed serving even restuarant is not crowdy 3) No Card transactions accepted, No Printed bills 4) No Proper hospitality 5) Never go for Combos which were tagged fake( unlimited ) 6) Very Spicy & Grevicious Dishes served even after prior intimation 7) Had worst experience for the second time also 8) Experienced Wrong bill at my first Visit

nothing great here, i checked in room num 303 and tv not working, bed is dirty and pillows are even more dirty. Room service is worst, and maintenance is bad. you will get best options in this price.

in room .bed sheets are having strains.and no complementary break fast provided . location is very indentifying .overall average if mosquitoes was not there.Automatic door locking system also not working with swipe card . every i use to call them they use to lock manually kept keys with them.horrible experience.
