Hotel Swarna Heights

We have stayed the hotel for months due to work terrible experience we have from the reception lady no responsibility when the time was raining room full of leakage and they chaned our rooms after few days she told as to go back to the old room rain has stopped we say we will no go We paid 1 month full amount.and she said form next month the rate will be high like that lot of bad experience I didn't want to say more... There was new guy with glass he was really good and well speaking to guest and knowing and try about coustomers value. The reception laby she thinks the hotel beolws to here ..

Rooms are clean but blankets and pillows are dirty. Bathroom is clean but taps need some maintenance. We faced issue to park our SUV. No place found and cannot accommodate in cellar.

This Hotel is located just adjacent to MG Road very Prime Location. Reception Staff hosted by a Women Receptionist is very Responsive and Room service is also Good. Rooms are Good under this Budget. Overall I stayed comfortably.

Nice deluxe room . 24 hrs room service available. Perfect location mall and temple are near to this hotel. Reception 24 hrs available. Family rooms and corporate companies also tied with this hotels. Wi-Fi- AC - The Hot Water: No issues.

I recently stayed here for a night and had an overall positive experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The rooms and washrooms were kept very clean and maintained high levels of hygiene, which was important to me. The air conditioning in the rooms was also a major plus, and provided relief from the hot weather outside. The rooms themselves were quite spacious and offered plenty of room to move around and relax. Additionally, the hotel is situated on a main road, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. I booked this through goibibo and NO THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY WHILE CHECKING IN , The check-in process was also very easy and hassle-free, which was a relief after a long day of travel. However, I did find that the hotel was slightly overpriced compared to other options in the area. The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the taps in the washrooms, which seemed to have some trouble regulating the water temperature. Nevertheless, this was a small inconvenience and did not detract from the overall positive experience. Lastly, I have to mention that the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Swarna Heights to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable stay in the area.

Location: on the main road and the centre of the junction. Easily accessible. Rooms: under renovation but the smell is unpleasant as the rooms are closed for a long time. Spraying freshener didn't work .Linen was not changed. The bathroom sink had a hole at the bottom from which water comes down as you open the tap. Food: Didn't taste as the restaurant is in renovation.

We have booked AC room for family visit in Jan. We got the mainroad side room, so the view was good. The location of the hotel is on the main road, easily accessible, decent place for family to stay. The room is spacious with storage space. TV connection with cable service. Cons : The food from the hotel was overpriced but not maintained quantity The washrooms can be much better maintained or modified. It's difficult to catch hold of house keeping staff , they hardly come to clean the room even after calling the reception.
