Hotel SNR Twilight

one of the worst hotels of Vijayawada. Most unhygienic, zero cleanliness hotel . Don't choose this hotel for stay if you care for your family. I had a horrible stay here. People will be killed by mosquitoes. No basic amenities.

The hotel has very pathetic service the bathroom is very very unhygienic hot water is a big issue. The staff will not respond for anything. We found alcohol bottles in the room. This is not a good option to stay family.

Worst Worst Worst... Money waste, hotel staff are so arrogant and not responsive and not responsible also, rooms are not clean, u can find cockroaches on bed also and the bed sheets are not changed , they are used and not changed, and is not safe too, we had a bad experience too, one of our relatives got harassed by an idiot who was staying in the hotel and when she called the reception for help, nobody answered , all the 5 people staff were sleeping and snoring and there was a dog also sleeping in the reception. I am adding videos and pics , please watch and stay safe and do not go to this hotel,

Worst hotel in Vijayawada. Please don't stay in this hotel. Bed is worst, bed sheets are worst and this hotel is cockroaches hub. The worst hotel.

Decent hotel. Nice location. Rooms need pest control. Coroaches seen in cupboard and toilet.. They need to provide car parking which is very limited..

Worst service I ever experienced. I want to give in minus rating but their is no negative rating available. Dirty rooms. Air conditioner not working properly and dth is not activated Charge unnecessary high by various hidden charges specially with the tourist out of state. Staff behavior is rude.

Good hotel , low budget excellent service , couple friendly hotel
