HOTEL SANNIDHI

Yesterday I took a room. But I am not satisfied with the room. They have taken much time to give the room. Bedbugs are in the bed. I informed them but no action taken. Food prices are high according to the hotel capacity. I felt it's like a cheap Lodge. Worst experience. I checked out 4 hours early.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sannidhi, and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by the manager, Sagar. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, Sagar made sure all my needs were met, going above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. His warm and welcoming approach made my experience even more memorable. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, and I sincerely appreciate Sagar's dedication to making guests feel valued.

Irresponsible staff.. they don't have respecting manner.. they always convince customers instead of solve the issue that also non respecting way.. before they said one kind of tariff price. . when I going to check out they charged extra money... Food worst

It was average experience with the hotel as the room size was small. Also late checkout was not provided as we booked the hotel online. Owner suggested to call and book the hotel which would give 24 hours of check-in, check out time.Washroom was average cleaned, we did get hot water in the morning to bath.Hotel do not have inhouse kitchen they however brought the breakfast for 6 members from outside which was good.Major concen i faced was hotel did not offer the packaged water bottle after pestering for sometime they offered the bottle can RO water which was good.Also we have to pay extra 300 rupees for extra checkout time post 11 am as we had no personal vehicle to travel within the Vijayawada so it was convenient to drop the luggage at hotel .

Good hotel I visit 8 times once in month. Manager srinivas receives well and other staff too.rooms are very clean include restroom.food is above average.good for couple and family. If they deny smoking in hotel would be better.

This stay was the worst experience i ever had. I want people to know and make my trip toacknowledge this unaccaptable behaviour. I booked the hotel in advance and called and asked in advance if its possible to check in at 2pm and checkout at 1pm, the reception said yes. This was very important to me bacause i had an exam and needed a room to stay in between the morning and afternoon exams and needed to rest as it was extremely hot in summer in vijayawada. they sadi its okay because it is an exam. On the day of the check in they said it is not possible first, we were like okay, and then the manager/owner (I think he is both) said why did you book on makemytrip and asked us to not book on makemytrip again ever at discount prices. he said its a loss for them and inconvience for everybody and a huge rant. The room is extra small and the AC was leaking water into the room, this is not just a few drops, it literally drenched te whole floor. I had to study the whole night so we requested the reception to change us to a differet room. They denied the request saying no other rooms were available, while clearly rooms were available. We had to stay in that small room while the whole floor was wet and flowing with water. The next day morning he said we can saty till 2pm and vacate the room after 24hours from check in. I wrote the exam, came back, had lunch and rest in the room and checked out at 1.30pm. He demanded 500 rupees extra while we already paid 1300+ for 1 day stay. My father refused to pay since he just told few hours earlier that its okay since I had an exam and the room water leaking was inconvenient. He shouted at us saying if you can't pay why did you come to the hotel and why are you creating the scene, my father was merely reminding him his words and it is unfair to ask money now. He was so rude and provoked us saying why are you cheap? why did you book the hotel in makemytrip at discounted price? that the actual cost was 2000+0r something for one night and hw it was a cheap deal for us already. we were so done with that drama and just gave him extra 500 rupees for extra 2 hours. He wasextremely rude, unprofeesional and lacked basic etiqutte and n respect for customers as well as the complaining and bad mouthing make my trip that it is ruining his business. Why did he listed his hotel on mkemytrip if he was not okay with it? why tell all that and ask the customers to book through makemytrip. and in the end he had the audacity to ask us to not give a bad rating in makemytrip and give a 5star rating. please dont encourage this unproffesional, extra money taking, rude hotel staff.

Hotel is great and seems to be newly attached to treebo. Could say it was pleasant one. Services are great and worth the price. If you're looking out for simple and short visit then look up for this hotel. Would recommend surely. There are few things which could be improved from hotel.|Was near to my office and work location. Pretty easier to stay
