If there was A zero star , probably that should be awarded to this hotel. Hotel cleanliness sucks, staffs are unprofessional , worst house keeping, and yes you can't miss the rude receptionist. Put together if you would like to have a bitter experience go ahead for a stay in the hotel .

Location of hotel is what makes best advantage. Though it's not on main road, but very easily accessible by public transport or your own vehicle. Descent rooms with all basic essentials. Service is something which can definitely improve. F&B starts at 7am in morning only. Parking is available and can accommodate about may be Max 8 cars. You have some good Cafes around just next door and of course a Starbucks too.

I had a stay of 3 nights, room was good and clean. The most disgusting fact was television was not working due to non payment of recharge bills. You would find a spacious washroom but amenities provided are poor. The restaurant have limited items out there which most of the traveller's won't prefer on a daily basis. The stay was pleasant.

I had attended a birthday party of my cousin's daughter. I cannot stop appreciating the hotel and there staff the way they carried the party. The food is the main asset for the hotel as it really tasty and delicious, starters and main course are fantastic. The banquet hall is really spacious which can accommodate many guests, I will simply suggest to book the banquet venues to make your event more memorable.

Awesome hotel. Gentle staff. The hotel looks 4 star and is well maintained (rooms and exterior). Laundry services are a bit expensive and can be improved. Food is great. Overall a nice hotel which you can stay with family. Point to be noted is that children above the age of 5 are counted as an extra person.

The stay was good. The only issue was with the geyser. You need to wait for 15-20 minutes to get hot water. The service was good. Not but not the least, the breakfast buffet was great. You will get good options.
