This 1 star is for hotel not accepting online bookings and they are simply using online platforms for bookings and demanding extra money when we are actually check- in. So don't go through online bookings since u will face tough time. Instead go there and bargain by showing online price and pay them directly that's what i did. Coming to Rooms - Smoking is allowed inside the room so the room that we checked is completely bad smell and we were asked tk change to other room which is also same and then we were given other room which is good. Now comes on Service - They are commercial. When i actually came and booked one room and paid advance of 1800 after couple of days i asked for other room for online price then hotel people said rooms were full so we booked othet room at othet hotel but when we actually checked in he is saying rooms are available if needed you can stay - This clearly indicates their way of businesses. And i told 4 people already during bookiyand night shift hotel person denied 4 people saying 2 people were only allowed and then i shown him the chat so he kept quiet. Disclaimer - Dont go with online booking since even they cant do anything since hotel people are rejecting and they don't even care about online booking vendors.

Very affordable pricing. No parking, but you can park on the outside of the road. Very clean. What I didn't like is the presence of lizard ,which popped out of the bedside. Anyways from myside , must go hotel. They charged us Rs. 1700 per day.

We arrived at the hotel on 15th Feb 2025 around 11:30 PM after receiving confirmation from Booking.com for two rooms. However, the staff member, Karunakar, informed us that the hotel was overbooked and could not accommodate us. He then directed us to another hotel 3-4 km away. When we arrived at the second hotel late at night, we were told that they had only one room available. Upon calling Karunakar again, he asked us to go to Siddharth Grand, which was 3.5 km away. While we were finally able to get rooms there, Karunakar demanded additional charges, citing "platform charges." When I showed him my Booking.com confirmation, he simply denied it and continued insisting on extra payment. After much argument and unnecessary hassle, we were finally accommodated. This entire experience caused immense inconvenience and frustration, forcing us to roam around late at night from one hotel to another. Fortunately, we had a four-wheeler, but had we not, the situation would have been far worse. I strongly urge necessary action against those responsible for this mismanagement. I also demand an explanation and compensation from the hotel authority and Booking.com for the distress and inconvenience caused. If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Court.

Best Motel in Vijayawada, The rooms were well - maintained and staff was friendly amenities were good location was convenient, it is great value for money and travelers looking for budget stays

Worst hotel front desk staff ......if you are booking in online platforms you will be denied booking and very rude and arrogant staff ......i recently booked in oyo platform and went there they denied outrightly for room .....demanded more than what we booked.....

Best hotel in Vijayawada, friendly atmosphere with comfortable rooms, feels like home and we'll experienced staff and also good connectivity to national highway

This hotel was very beautiful space and mind was very peaceful in this hotel like same home feeling good quality washrooms and staff also very kind once visit this hotel never forget
