Hotel Minerva Grand Vijayawada

I attended a workshop as a District Resource Person organized by SCERT Vijayawada from 24.03.2025 to 25.03.2025. The training sessions were insightful and well-structured, covering various aspects relevant to our roles. It was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from experts in the field. The workshop was arranged at The Hotel Minerva Grand, Vijayawada, which provided an outstanding setup for the event. The conference hall was spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern amenities, making the sessions highly productive. The accommodation was impressive--the rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The hospitality at Minerva Grand was exceptional. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for all participants. The food was another highlight--every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes served. The breakfast spread was refreshing, and we were treated to a sumptuous lunch on both days, featuring a mix of regional and continental cuisines. Overall, the experience was highly satisfying, and I strongly recommend that officers consider organizing meetings and training sessions at Minerva Grand, Vijayawada, without hesitation. The combination of excellent facilities, great service, and quality food makes it an ideal venue for such events.

Very poorly trained staff. No sense of hospitality and the rooom bed was very lumpy. The phone was not working and I had to change all over again to go down and complain. If you don't speak Telugu communication is very difficult which should not be the case in a hotel. Shabby and limited breakfast buffet. Terrible place

Satisfying stay at this 4-star hotel. They have restaurant in the building offering quite a large variety of delicacies and good ambience. It's conveniently located and has underground parking too.

Excellent customer service.. Quality of the food is beyond the expectation.. prime location is key area and ambience is fantastic.

Probably one of the worst hotel experience that I had. I had high expectations for it being a 4 star hotel. I was here for my friends wedding and they allowed 5 people to be in the same room! They also don't collect my laundry inspite of reminders. Also, the room lacks space to wash and hang clothes. The toilets in dining hall are improperly labelled and I had an unknown and confused woman walking on me when I was urinating. The rooms are neat though.

The restaurant at the hotel was badly maintained. Wornout and torn seat covers. Dosa was ok. Spotted cockroaches in the restaurant.

We Googled and chose to dine here for lunch. Were not in the mood for meals so ordered a couple of Dosas, lassi and noodles. The service was pathetic as the first dosa was served cold. The uthappa was fine, so was the lassi. The noodles quantity was good but the taste was not that great. Overall it was not worth the detour to take a pit stop here... totally disappointed.

Food was excellent and the staff was also so cooperative. Narendra, pavan and rest given good support.
