Hotel Krishna Residency

Actually since I was single and stayed previously in this same hotel and they gave me the room with a twin bed which wasn't required, But this time we booked for 3 people and still they provided only a twin bed which isn't sufficient for us, also after ordering from swiggy they denied the delivery person to provide us by saying outside food isn't allowed and they stopped them at the reception, so literally they made us beg to get our own food, also this isn't acceptable at any cost, one person had to sleep on the floor because of this incident. such a worse hospitality ever received from this hotel compared to previous stay. We booked online and paid for 3 but that's no way excuse for this kinda cheap behaviour. As it was late at night, couldn't even cancel and they've utilised this chance and made us stay in the room without even giving an extra quilt/bed.

Location is right on MG Road Rooms are below average....bathroom is dirty. When we checked-in it did not even seem that the bathroom was cleaned before it. It was wet. There was dampning on the walls and the door. Overall not a good experience. We got a deal from zomato for 1600 for standard room not their actual price is 2200 and the room is really not worth it.

Nice ambience near rooms well maintained must try food in restaurent egg fried rice and rice thali is 5 star quality of rice is very well maintained stayed for almost 3 days it is in center of city near by net electronic complex and market

The front office team provided outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and attended to from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and friendliness significantly enhanced our experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Rohit from the Restaurant/Room Service team. His service was extremely excellent, going above and beyond our expectations. He provided hot cases to store our food and keep it warm, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. His dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, Hotel GRAND KRISHNA RESIDENCY offers a fantastic blend of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience a memorable and experience.

Owner and reception desk person is cheater they ask extra money if you dont give they thret you to beat as you are outsider dont book this hotel at all Room also not clear lots of cocroches very poor government should banned this hotel

Worst experience ever. Makemytrip and hotel people got in cahoots with each other and stole my money. Disgusting people

All are good like location, you can stay with baby and family, but very big disappointment with room service...no service at all very very poor otherwise i give 5 star rating
