HOTEL ILAPURAM

Seems the management lost interest in the restaurant. While the rooms were big and decently kept, the restaurant where morning breakfast was served was full of cockroaches roaming liberally all through. The plates were washed with utmost matter of factly, not bothering a bit about it's cleaning fully. Great part was the attending staff, taking, my complaint about the above again as a matter of fact. The reception guys are good and courteous though. Cleaning is good at the rooms Strangely, in a double occupancy room there is one towel and no napkins. The ilapuram that i know was totally different from now

We stayed here for a couple of days;the worst part among all was the complimentary breakfast it was so worst ;is this a 3star hotel?? The no. Of breakfast dishes were so less, quantity which they've arranged at the buffet breakfast corner was not all sufficient for everyone,even if we order dosas they are so small,we had to adjust somehow, staff is very limited..bro needs to hire some min educated staff as said a 3 star hotel!! General day& night time ordered food is tasting good ;but not at the all the same with the complimentary buffet why Rooms were good enough;I've given the 3 star rating mainly for rooms & bathrooms; clean ,house keeping very well done ;these people are good & well responding.

Food is very good, infrastructure is that of a Star hotel and staff is very obedient, but maintenance is not upto the mark. Therefore, tariff is certainly less. If maintenance is improved, the tariff will definitely go up. So this hotel is in affordable range of lower to upper middle class. Toilets are still being maintained properly. I myself was not happy to give 4 stars, but because of maintenance issue, I need to.

Appears to be a budget hotel which is past its prime period. They seem to cater more to people coming to restaurant rather than guests staying in rooms. Parking facility is poor and a huge struggle to get a slot for guests staying in room. On top of it when we attempt to speak to counter staff, teaatt feign ignorance. Wake up guys, customer service has moved a long way and this hotel appears to take customers for granted. Not a good experiance in rooms either

Service people in hotel are begging literally for tips. Management has no control on them. Quality of food and cost has to be remodified.

Food tasted disgusting. Ordered 2 veg North Indian curries both are very oily spicy. I asked them to cancel one curry atleast and they initially refused to do so. I had to ask them multiple times for it to be canceled which is pathetic. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel is old and not updated as modern, toilet water is dirty colour ful, fan regulator is not working properly, commode water leaking and very hard to push, mattress are good and sleepy, food quality is so so bye bye Ilapuram...

Excellent Hotel, Reception persons are very soft spokem and very accomdative. Room Tariffs are slightly higher. Morning breakfast is complimentary. Will get idly, vada,upma, poori etc. coffee, tea are available. And this place is very near to railway station, bus station, Durga temple. Walkable distance to besant road its like general bazar in Hyderabad.
