A Comfortable Stay with Great Service I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: * Spacious Rooms: The rooms are large, well-furnished, and very comfortable, providing ample space to relax. * Hygiene: The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. * Convenient Location: Situated close to both the railway station and the bus stand, it's ideal for travelers looking for easy accessibility. * Good Service: The staff is courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. * Breakfast Included: A complimentary breakfast is provided, which was fresh and satisfying. Cons: * Renovation Work: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there is no in-house dining facility. However, the staff offers helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants, making it less of an inconvenience. * Parking Challenges: Due to the renovation, parking space is limited. That said, the staff and security guard go out of their way to help find a spot and accommodate your vehicle safely, which is commendable. Overall: Despite minor inconveniences from the renovation work, the hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, hygienic conditions, and a prime location. I would recommend it for business or leisure travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay.

Had the worst experience at this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night & 2 days. There were frequent power cuts, rooms were full of mosquitoes, and on our 2 day of stay there was no water. Even after repeated complaints the hotel staff couldn't help solve the problem. Also the staff is extremely rude especially the person who is there at night. They will not even give one extra water bottle. Rooms are also extremely small and not well maintained.

Worst experience since management is least responsible for safety of customers as got struck in lift for one hr, nlnonone know how to open or start back up and no key to open the lift door. Pathetic. Single handled by kranthi recipients to hk. but rest all rules apply .

Very much bad experience.While check out they denied to provide bill and ask advance amount for next booking.It was really very hilarious situation during my Andhrapradesh tenure that to this type of hotel situated in vijayawada. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND

Neat and clean hotel in the centre of the city and in the middle of the shopping area (Jewellery district). Service was decent. Parking is difficult to maneuver.

Rooms are good but toilet water goes out very slowly. Once you bath water is stagnant for long time. I changes 2 rooms 302 and 402 both are same. Breakfast they brought from Banglore Bhavan contains 1 idli, 1 small wada and 1 poori little quantity of kesar. Better to have breakfast outside.

Worst hotel and reception given both at the time of check in and check out is horrible I was forced to check out while taking bath Horrible sound as drilling work is going on Unless kranthi receptionist is thrown out from front desk, Your hotel business will go into dark

The place is located in Governorpet, Vijayawada. The front desk/reception is located in the 2nd floor. There is renovation going in the hotel so reception is crammed into a make shift room with laundry in all places including corridors and on top of sofas. Not pleasant site. Besides, there is noise in rooms due to drilling or some repair work. The room (Superior) was good and spacious for the price I paid. Superior and standard rooms were priced the same so I chose superior. Breakfast was free (May be included in room tariff ). Pic of breakfast added to this post. I donot think restaurant service is running, though I am not sure. Now will visit this place again? Maybe not considering renovation going on during the day.
