Worst experience. Don't book they don't even give you towels. No water bottle provided. The staff is non cooperative

The rooms aren't cleaned during our three days of stay nor was the linen changed. Moreover the receptionist insists only cash payments. We were forced to pay Rs.2,000 per day only by cash for two of us. No idea why GPay is not accepted. The room boy didn't turn up after taking tip even when we were checking out. Water stops suddenly while taking bath or while flushing. The water stopped after applying soap to my body while taking bath. Customers deserve better service. The water tank must have auto filling facility. This is a must. Only one half litre water bottle is given per person. It's better to keep a purifier. When we ask for room boy we will be advised to send our driver. Overall poor maintenance and poor service. The housekeeping ladies keep brooms and mopsticks with cleaning material and buckets to the left and right of your room but don't come in for cleaning. There's a need to have one more boy for room service. One Reddy garu isn't enough.

Do we get free RO drinking for water here - NO Is receptionist able to speak any other languages than 'Telugu'(to accommodate people from other states/country) - NO Are they polite when they try to resolve issue - NO Rooms are clean and equipped enough for comfort but for some strange reason there was no TV remote and dare I ask almighty receptionist again. Also if you go and book directly they will ask extra over online prices. (Agoda and Booking. com listed 1397/- they asked me 1800. Only if you pay 1800 you get complimentary water. Such a mockery of government rules and set of operating procedures (if this place had any in first place).

Such a worst hotel I had never ever seen.. There is no proper trainings provided to staff in this hotel by the management 1) Once you sit in bathroom you will get only very hot water but not cold water. 2) If we complain to the management they will not at all care about your concerns 3) There are many cockroaches in the hotel 4) Those 5 star reviews are paid reviews 5) Hotel Owner will be monitored Every thing through the cameras and call to Front office but will not speak with the customers. 6) No compensation or money refund will be given to you if you are facing issues My humble request is to don't book hotel here if you book you will see he'll for sure

Very nice hotel in that area. Rooms are quite good and so as service . If you are looking rooms in satyanarayanapuram area it's quite good . It has banquet hall so functions also can be booked for.

Very well organised hotel, with good sized clean rooms, working amenities, fresh toiletries and blankets, quite nearby the railway and bus stations. Has WiFi availability, although will need to figure out how to get the password to it. Overall, good experience.
