FabHotel RR Grand - Hotel in MG Road, Vijayawada

Location of this hotel is great. But the good things end there. I had a confirmed prepaid booking via MakeMyTrip and they didn't have my room available for me when I showed up at 9 pm. As they sold my room to someone else. Fortunately, MakeMyTrip helped me book an alternative 3X more expensive hotel immediately. If you book directly, you might get struck. I even called FabHotels customer care. The staff was clueless and after putting me on hold for 12 mins, I decided that was enough. No more FabHotels for me.

The hotel is located in a easy to access posh location. Staff and management are very cooperative. My only feedback would be to look for a solution to close doors softly,it was disturbing all through the night when other guests were opening and closing doors making disturbing noise.

Bad experience with fab hotel at Benz circle. Though Fab Hotels tries to keep the customer service high standard but it doesn't ensure the same with each hotel under their wings. This hotel at Benz circle Vijaywada has a very unprofessional approach towards its customers. The room was specious but lots of cockroaches found in the room, Bathroom ceiling were damp and fungus coated, bed sheets were old and torn, mosquitos, breakfast was very limited considering the charges they took (only plain dosa and idly). One can have a nice healthy breakfast at 1/10 th cost outside next to the hotel. Management is only concerned about money not customer satisfaction. I had bad experience with my family and couldn't do enough as I checked in late in the night post my long travel. Rooms are not sound proof and lots of noise were coming out of other rooms and we could not sleep properly after our retiring journey. Would appreciate if little care and compassion can be inculcated by the hotel for the customers.

Good place to stay and rooms are also good . Easily accessible to all types of customers.

We were at the hotel for long period didn't have access to Television as they did not recharge the TATA SKY even after repeated reminders. Don't know for what reasons people come to stay at outstations there should be access to such entertainment without even asking for them.

It's one of the worst experiences I ever had with hotels. They tell u there are rooms available but when I reached their they tell that all the rooms are full booked then don't refund the money I paid saying that that that will give you after sometime or have to adjust with a different room which is much cheaper than booked but still money is not refunded. Also there is no hospitality from the service staff. Customer service very rude and poor.

Room hygiene could be better. Shampoos are not provided along with soaps. Beds are too small for a family of 2+2 to stay.

I am definitely not going to stay in this hotel even if I get to stay free of cost. For every basic things you need to ask like for dental kits to bathroom kits. In rooms starting from curtains to ACs are full of dust. Water glasses were stained and dusty. Toilets were not properly cleaned. On name of deluxe room and King size bed they have only tiny rooms with double beds (not even queen size bed). Full of mosquitoes.
