"Not Worth the Price - Disappointing Stay" Stayed for 24 hours at this hotel ,but the experience was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness Issues - The room was not clean at all, and there were cockroaches. Poor Maintenance - Lights were blinking, and the fan made a lot of noise when turned on. AC Problems - The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. No Basic Amenities - There was no dustbin in the room and no proper flush in the washroom , mainly no hot water Unresponsive Service - Called the reception, but gave no proper response. When we asked in person for a room change, they said someone would come, but even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, no one showed up. Overall, the hotel seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Definitely not worth the price The only reason to stay is it's nearby railway station

Rooms were big but cleanliness was average. Location advantage as it's just stone throw distance from the railway station.

The rooms are very unhygienic with cockroaches and insects. The AC is not cleaned from long back due to which I got cold and cough due to the air from the AC only in 1 hour. I vacated the hotel within 5-6 hours due even though I paid the full day amount. I am unable to bear the insects and the dirty aur from the AC. I am unable to recover from the cold and cough for next few days due to the bad air from the AC of this hotel's room. Please avoid staying in this hotel. Instead there are lot more hotels available nearby. Please check the room before checking in and don't go by the 3-star status of the hotel.

Guys pls don't stay in this worst hotel, instead of this you can choose a platform stay. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my lifetime. It's frustrating when basic amenities like hot water are not available and cleanliness issues and there was a very very bad smell in the entire room, Additionally, the washrooms and bathrooms were not clean and neat. The blankets and pillows in my room were extremely dirty and there was a bad smell. The sofas in the room were torn and appeared worn out. I requested a room freshener from the management, but it did not resolve the issue of the bad smell. The complimentary breakfast provided was extremely limited, consisting of only two items, and there was a 30 Minute wait time for the service. Additionally, the food quality was very poor and bad taste. Instead of this worst restaurant we can choose street foods. This all made my stay extremely uncomfortable. Guys avoid staying in this hotel...

Such a worst hotel never ever seen staff begging for tips, no hot water , beds are not neat and full of bed bugs and cockroaches and bedsheets are with blood strains, even after informed hotel staff no one turned up to come and changed the bedsheets as a result late night I walkout from hotel with savior rashes on my hands and legs not yet all recommended this hotel waste of money

I had the misfortune of staying at Collection O Hotel Golden Way recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. This supposedly "luxury" hotel fails on every conceivable level. The room reeked of stale smoke and mildew, with visible stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom was a biohazard and stainy and mysterious substances splattered on the walls. They Don't bother trying to order food or drinks; room service is essentially non-existent. When I called to request a simple snack, I was told it would take "at least an hour" - and that was after multiple attempts to get through to the front desk and the air conditioning unit rattled like a chainsaw. It felt like I was staying in a neglected, rundown hostel. Collection O Hotel Golden Way has the audacity to charge rates for this dumpster fire of a hotel. I've stayed at better-maintained motels for a fraction of the cost. - Filthy, smelly rooms - No room service - Poor maintenance - Overpriced - Unhelpful staff Absolutely it is not recommendable .
