Worst Experience! Avoid This Hotel! We booked a room at this hotel and paid the amount in advance. When we reached around 11:30 PM, the staff denied us the room, citing an "electrical problem." However, it was obvious the hotel was running at full capacity. Upon questioning, they bluntly told us to contact customer care (from where we booked) and refused to assist further. It became clear that they had sold the room we booked because we arrived late at night. The staff's behavior was extremely rude, saying, "Do whatever you want, we don't care," and even asked us to leave the hotel immediately. Such unprofessionalism and disregard for customers are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away to avoid ruining your plans and peace of mind.

We got a very good service and very cooperative staff despite language barrier, that's commendable. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.

The hotel is actually located near garbage dumps, and it's a place where flies thrive. Staying here is not suitable for humans under any circumstances. The experience at this hotel is extremely unpleasant, and there is no cleanliness or proper amenities. Without a doubt, it's impossible to have a decent stay at this hotel."
