Subject: Feedback on Receptionist Mr. Malleswara Rao's Behavior I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Malleswara Rao at the reception. He does not seem to know how to properly receive or communicate with customers. Before reaching Tuni, I called Maruthi Residence to inquire about room availability. Mr. Malleswara Rao answered my call. When I asked if any rooms were currently available, he responded by saying, "Call me after 30 minutes, I'm busy now." My concern is simple: it should not take 30 minutes to confirm whether rooms are available or not. I feel that Mr. Malleswara Rao is not providing proper support to the management of Maruthi Residence during his duty hours. I hope this issue is looked into seriously.

very, very, very poor quality rooms. Ac does not work. There is always an orphan power cut. Very bad service from the staff. Very, very poor room service. Toilet Jet spray broken. While checking out the staff insisting on tip. No food service because they do not have a kitchen. Not recommended At all.

Management has to take care of the windows present in the bathroom ...I have spent sleepless night because of mosquitoes ...because of single comment , management might don't focus but if u look into this issue and get the feedback ...it will work to get repeated customers

Pathetic stay, we checked in late yet the rooms were not ready. And then when we entered room there was ciggerate smell. The room were not cleaned properly. The guy at reception talks rudely.

We have booked four rooms with this hotel and they said the room price is 1700 and once we came here, they change the price to 2500. They made sure that we traveled all the way to the hotel and it's midnight 12 and then they increase the price conveniently this is one of the worst hotels. Please do not come here if you're planning to come here then expect to be cheated

Good rooms and nice behaviour..highly recommended for families.

This was very good hotel in a town like Tuni, located near a junction accessible to transport and good restaurants nearby.One can use Zomato service as well. Rooms are good and service is also good.Reception person raja was responding immediately for any requirement.

I had a delightful stay at The Maruthi Residency. The rooms, though in a rural area, were exceptional. The hospitality was impressive, yet I believe the staff could enhance their customer service tactics. Considering their potential, setting up a restaurant could make them the best in the area. Overall, a memorable experience.
