Very worst service and rude behaviour of the manager. We were 2 hours late and he charged all day rent to us. I have posted a photo of the manager, if u see him ask him all things before the booking room.

1 star is too much for them, I have booked AC room there was no cleaniliness of bathroom, floor, room there was no towel or soap provided inspite of asking 100 times they said towel is with dhobi but we didn't rcv any towel, there was no light in bathroom, inspite of asking 100 times they was not even bothers, they was making fun of language though I know kannada but they was not ready to talk, so bad staff worst experience in AC room. Plz I highly recommended don't book this hotel ever especially North indian or why doesn't know there local language Worst facility worst room

We have done online reservation through Agoda, booked a non AC room. My high recommendation is not select non AC. No ventilation and you will feel suffocated in this hotel. As it is a non AC room, when we prefer to open the windows, there will be problem of mosquitos. I don't know how AC room is !!! Hotel management had not provided drinking water also. Beds were not cleaned. Floor was not cleaned. For a non AC room don't prefer this hotel, please select this hotel only if you have no other options left. As per location it is 650 to 700 m distance from bus stand 250m from Srinivasam.

The staff is very unfriendly, rude and will harass you at every step in their native language and will even laugh about stuff, especially if you book using online booking platforms. You'll have to show your booking confirmation time and again to even get the things mentioned in your booking. The rooms are quite spacious and bright, but poorly maintained and very unclean. The washrooms will make you want to puke.

If you want to save money, be patient. Disgustingly dirty rooms. I want to puke from the rug in front of the bathroom and the trash can. The sheets are dirty. I had to do the cleaning myself for it to be of any use. They love to mock foreigners, they understand everything, but they pretend that they don't understand anything, so as not to solve the problem. This makes the residents hysterical, but it only gives them pleasure. Apparently this is how the staff asserts themselves. The staff constantly sleeps at work. It was noticed that in the corridor (outside the rooms) a whole crowd of people were sleeping on the floor. Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms. I checked. The staff deliberately turns off the power. There is hot water periodically. There will be additional costs for mosquito spray, since there are no mesh on the windows. The air conditioner does not work or does not exist at all. Don't pay more than 700 rupees. And don't stay too long, as you can go crazy here.

I actually came early to the venue. They gave me 2 hrs early before the checkout time . Be patient and they would give the service good. Also the manager is good .
