Nice, clean, well maintained rooms. Very Good location. Hardly 2 kms or 4 minutes from Trimula Foot Hills Security Gate. Adequate parking available. For piligimage undoubtedly good hotel to stay. There is a small canteen or rather pantry available for morning complementary breakfast available from.8 am to 9.30 am. We had good experience during our stay of April 22nd - 23rd of this year. A common and contended person do not demand much for pilifimage except clean and tidy environment. Hence given 5*.

Horrible and Pathetic Experience at Treebo Seven Inn AVOID !!! NOT FOR FAMILY !!! I have booked for 2 adults + 1 kid, paid everything as per treebo but they were very hesitant for giving food for my kid. This was bullshit. Saying we are living with 2 person but when I counted them by saying by check our booking then that shameless Krishna (owner) silent and saying sending food. Our stay was nothing short of a nightmare. Here's why: 1. Unprofessional Staff with Alarming Behavior: The staff displayed shockingly unprofessional conduct. One of the staff members, Ajay, was caught peeping into our room. When confronted, he blamed the owner, Krishna, for instructing him to do so. Such a cheap and unethical mindset from the owner is absolutely appalling and unacceptable, especially when staying with family and kids. 2. Water Supply Issues: There was a constant water shortage. Hours would go by without any water in the washroom, making basic hygiene impossible. Despite repeated calls for help, no one picked up the phone. 3. False Claims About a Smoke-Free Environment: Although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, people smoked openly, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere, particularly for families with children. 4. Television is a Joke: They have so-called Tata Sky service but it was a sham. No channels were available, leaving no entertainment options, especially for kids. 5. Infested with Bugs: The room was crawling with spiders, mosquitoes, and cockroaches. These unwelcome "guests" were everywhere, even near the bed. 6. No Proper Ventilation: The only source of air circulation was the air conditioner. There was no natural ventilation, making the room feel suffocating. Only Positive: The tea service (not that included in complementary but you need to order separately) was decent, but that's hardly enough to offset the otherwise miserable experience. Final Thoughts: This hotel is a disgrace to hospitality. The behavior of the staff, especially Ajay under the instructions of Krishna, was intrusive and horrifying. It's shocking and unsafe to stay in a place like this with family and children. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

Location is the major plus for this property. Rooms are good with a manageable area. Facilities like kettle, plug points, AC, cupboard, TV are good. Cots and mattress are good. Narrow toilets with good basins. Don't expect a separate sofa area as in photos. Don't expect room service even for water. The parking area is restricted and you have to park the keys in reception itself. Nearby hotels and restaurants are reachable and good. Kapilar theertham temple is very near. Complementary breakfast timings are 8.30am to 9.30 am. Most guests skip.

I appreciate that they do have a good customer care service who is very helpful but the ground reality is completely different. Rooms are pathetically maintained. Whenever a guest vacates its basic to change Lenins but they seems to be left over from a month or more. There are bed bugs and it's just disgusting. Lot of noise literally you could hear every horn of the vehicle passing by 24/7. Only positive thing is its location near to a famous temple and affordable accommodation. However, affordable doesn't mean you would end up in killing bed bugs and mosquitoes whole night sacrificing your sleep. I wonder the reviews from other guests, are they even genuine or just paid.

I booked a hotel in Tirupati for two days with a king-size bed, including breakfast. On the first day, I was given a room meant for three people due to a room unavailability, but I adjusted. On the second day, my room was changed, and breakfast was delayed and served cold. On the final day, I had an early flight and requested breakfast around 7 AM. The hotel staff refused, explaining that their food arrives from outside after 8:30 AM, and they do not have an in-house kitchen and there was no refund no solution provided by the hotel

Rooms: Looks good, bathroom handles rusted could be changed. Also, doors locks don't function. We need to use only slide locks. Service: I feel the reception manager feels tired of customers. Not welcoming enough. I don't know why? In the hospitality business, this will bring a grin face to visitors. May be my reception is wrong, but I don't understand. But the breakfast serving chef, sorry parcel opener doesn't really like visitors. First thing breakfast was utter cold and bad taste. I had to go to the next hotel to have a 2nd good breakfast. Location: Voila! It is the best part. U have some Meridian Hotell at the corner, where u can get good coffee and tiffen. Need to only cross road for Kapila theritham. But car parking is tight. Need to wake up untime to move u r car to let others take theirs

Had good stay at the hotel, it is basic but great for the price and clean. The staff especially Ajay is quite helpful. Will stay here again when I visit

Great location. But rooms are very bad. we got torn up sheets, broken chairs, and they turn of AC's at night. Waste of money.
