Treebo Hotel Sls Grand Tirupati

We stayed with family in this hotel two times when we visited tirupati. Hotel is clean and hygienic, best for families. Hot water is available, sheets were clean and they provided water bottle and a pair of towels. They respond immediately if we have any issues during the stay. Complimentary breakfast is also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The price we paid for 1 A.C room per night is Rs. 1600 which is worth. My rating for this hotel is 5/5

My recent experience at SLS Grand was disappointing. During my stay of a few days, there were no housekeeping services provided, even after multiple requests. The hotel lacked basic amenities such as bottled water in case of emergencies at night. Although breakfast was included, it was monotonous with no variety, 4 day's only idli they served and the staff's behavior during service was impolite. While the hotel's location is convenient, there is a clear need for improved service standards. The staff should be trained to communicate effectively in basic Hindi or English and adopt a more courteous approach to guest interactions.

We have been here in SLS Grand recently in first week of March for 4-5 days. The staff demonstrated poor communication skills, speaking only the local language, with minimal effort to provide essential services such as room maintenance or room service. The air conditioning and television were non-functional during initial days of stay. While breakfast was included, it lacked variety and was poorly served, reflecting inadequate hospitality standards. Although the rooms and bathrooms were clean, there was no regular cleaning or replenishment of bathroom essentials. Additionally, staff showed little willingness to address guest requests or concerns. To improve, the staff should receive training in basic English or Hindi for better communication, and adopt a more customer-focused and polite approach to service.

I came from bhopal with my family and checked in early morning and took the hotel for 8 hours. 1. They offered me different room from what they showed me (Intentionally done). 2. Dirty old bedsheet with hard pillow. 3. Provided only 01L complimentary water bottle, but we are three persons they charged extra for person but refused to pay extra complimentary water. 4. Defective washroom exhaust fan.

I'm surprised to see people posting fake reviews about this hotel. My experience was fantastic the hotel offers cozy, comfortable beds and an unlimited breakfast that exceeded expectations. The receptionists were incredibly cooperative and laid-back, even going as far as offering to change rooms if we weren't satisfied with the one we were given. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and accommodating stay Only point I found they should provide water bottles.

Verdict good hotel for this budget Stayed for 3 days from Jan 31/ 25 on rm no 203 Location is near bus stop. Excellent place for darshan. Rooms for not the best but for this budget it was good . Ac /hot water/ worked fine. Shampoo and soap was good. Breakfast was okay (don't try the tea or coffee) Receptionist was welcoming Minus 1 star for Room service was substandard I had to ask 3 times for towels n water bottle Small but tv remote was not working Overall i would try again next year for the same budget

It is called a complimentary breakfast. After going there, they do not serve a satisfactory breakfast. They serve two idlis. When you ask for two more, they treat you with insults and say, "Eat these and come back again." I don't think there is another place that insults its guests so much. Also, if you take a room for 3 days, the bed sheets are not changed even once. The staff here are so lazy. Such a good hotel is getting a bad name due to the staff behavior.
