Very uncomfortable, unhygienic rooms and bathroom. Not as shown in photos. Rooms very small and uncomfortable. Bedsheet and pillow cover had stains. No foot mats, no electric kettle provided in rooms. Beware of staff, lost my New -Tshirt (US-Polo) from terrace. There is no place for drying your clothes. It's really bad and worst experience. I will never recommend this hotel to stay for anyone.

I had a terrible experience staying here. The place is extremely dirty, and the washrooms are in a pathetic condition--poor hygiene, bad odor, and completely unmaintained. Despite being called a "Townhouse," it fails to meet even basic standards. The rooms are very small, and they don't even provide a complimentary water bottle, which is a basic expectation for a hotel at this price. Speaking of price, they charge 1600 per night, which is absolutely not worth it for the poor quality offered. The high ratings are misleading--don't trust them! OYO must take strict action against such properties. Owners should ensure better cleanliness and maintenance, especially considering the high charges. If you're traveling with family, it's best to avoid this place. There are far better options available for this price range.

Very bad experience! The cleanliness is terrible--you have to request room cleaning, and even then, they don't properly clean the bathroom or the floor. The TV also doesn't work because they don't maintain the set-top box connection. Additionally, they don't have a kitchen for breakfast; instead, they bring it from outside. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very clean and service also very good... Thank you Townhouse .. I will definitely visit again and location also near and view is very nice..

Matress is worst, room service is worst I wasted my money booking in such hotel Basic toiletries are not given, got one baad towel after calling and requesting them, drinking water facility is not good. Over all its worst experience after staying there

Worst response from reception & rude arguing with customer Rooms also not clean before giving Floor was totally with black colour dirt Bed sheets also not clean or spoiled using same spoiled bedsheets Rate was also higher go for other hotel with less price and also good ambience

Clean rooms in excellent location, good restaurants near by, good place to stay if going to Tirumala, recommend for families, everything is easily accessible.

The area and all was good but the hotel cleanliness is bad the floor was so sticky, no proper mopping , the wash room was so untidy flush was not working properly, the bedsheets are so dirty,the mirror was not good the cleanliness is very very bad
