Tirupati Agarala Hotel

I stayed in Agarala hotel many times in last 7 years. It was always the best experience, however I was there yday for a day and it was a total disappointment experience. No towels, bed linen, soap, tooth brush and even if water bottles were provided. You have to ask everything in person going to reception. Only two car parks are available and very congested. I decided to no longer visit this from now on and I suggest everyone to think twice and thrice before you book this.

We took an AC room and it has two beds, AC and Hot water provision. This place is okay to just fresh up and visit the temples in Tirupathi and have a good rest before going to Tirumala temple. Don't expect too much. It is located just at the back side lane of Vishnu Nivasam so it is easily approachable. There are guests who smoke on the corridors. Upon telling the staff they gave a face expression as if it is common to smoke.

Horrible staff. Booked via Make My Trip. I was completely drenched in rain and our condition was so worse. Those people literally told there are no rooms in our properties and you guys can leave. They have written in Make My Trip that the location is 2.6 kms from Srivari Mettu but it's very far away and in an interior location. Even Make My Trip people were supporting them.

My in-laws stayed here in 2023 and I visited on 2025..Staff behaviour is good, rooms are near and clean and hotel is closed to railway station with all the food shops near by..Best Stay for family..

When asked management is saying there won't be hot water at night times till morning 6AM. Asked him why didn't he tell us before, his reply is you didn't ask me so I didn't informed you that there will be no hot water

Service very worst money he asking always money. Also reception give tips.

In my life I have never seen such a worst person. Receptionist is a worst person on the earth he don't know how to behave with the guests. They have taken 1800 for stay and for 2nd day we stayed just for 2 hours and requested to reduce rent but again he charged full amount . He started shouting and behaved very rudely. They don't even serve water for that also they say to take from outside. In every moment I regretted that why I have choosen this hotel. Warning everyone else not to take this hotel ever. Owner is replying that from 6 am to 1 pm why he not counting time from the day of checkin then on same day he can make it two days . If you are really checking camera then check properly. And please don't say that your staffs are well mannered because it's a false statement. Your receptionist is ruining your and your hotel's reputation.

Dear owner Staff Behaviour is rude and comparatively it's bit costly. We paid 1500 for first day and 1100 rs next day till 5pm. Location is accessible from Bustand and Railway Station. It's not about money. Staff noted wrong checkout time as 2pm. we paid extra amount for extra time due to late Darshan. We went to another temple at 1.30 pm yesterday. The service persons called us but we can't lift due to temple restrictions as mobile is switched off. They questioned us in a rude manner when we are back at 4pm which hurted us. Paying 100rs is not an issue and is our right to deny. Service persons are rude. Thanks.
