Mr. Dhanush from the front desk was particularly attentive, assisting us with every request and ensuring our needs were met promptly. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay.||Culinary Delights||The culinary team, led by Mr. Raj, provided us with an array of delectable dishes that catered to our diverse preferences. Each meal was a delight, showcasing the rich flavors of the region.||Warm Hospitality||The ambiance of the hotel was complemented by the warm and welcoming nature of the staff. Excellent stay...||Driver Mohan was patient enough to explain this place's history and was a very good guide. His polite attitude and welcoming mindset are to be well appreciated.||The restaurants were serving the best quality food and were well-natured to cater to travellers. Taj Tirupati - A Memorable Stay, As AlwaysWe stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night this time, but it's one of our favorite places--we visit two to three times every quarter. Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception.The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home.The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable.Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Staffs are so kind and friendly and volunteer to help and support. When in Tirupati, Taj Tirupati is no brainer. It comes with the Taj Assurance.|But it's only matter of time when competition like Trident starts it operation.|This property need to up it's game.||We have stayed in the property when it was newly inaugurated to now; and unfortunately, it is loosing it's charm.|The rooms need maintenance- carpet is badly stained. The sound proofing is really poor. you can hear the sound of road traffic aswell hallway conversations.||When we checked-in, the linen used on bed was stained/dirty; the kettle had gunk in corners, there we no fruits or glasses for water. we were super tired, so we dint observe it then. But in morning, it was disappointing to see all of that. I mentioned it to reception & the sheets were replaced, fruits appeared in the room. That gets me thinking, was the room even ready for us, when we checked in???||One consistent issue we observe (not just with this property) is the toiletry supply. when they are refill, one of other thing is often missed :) not sure, how difficult it is to check if all those 6-7 items are re-stocked properly.||breakfast experience was good.||in-room dining, if I have to nit-pick: we ordered for a butter chapati but instead dry chapati was sent. it was 11pm at night, so we dint feel like returning or ordering afresh. but over-all, we are never disappointed with Taj's culinarily experience.

Room were unclean stains al over the place. We asked to clean the room. It's really unhygienic for kids. Taj should focus on Taj Tirupati apart from that everything was good. Breakfast was really good . Pool was not maintained well. Bathroom were unclean

Loved the rooms. Extremely clean. And the south indian thali in southern spice restaurant is worthy to stop and go even if you are not staying. Costs about 2k per head but worth. Gym, steam, swimming pools are good add ons. Trainer in gym is very helpful. Mr. Soumya was extremely helpful and polite towards all guests in the restaurant. My daughter left behind a stuffed toy during checkout and when we went back he was the one to immediately coordinate and get it back. She was so happy on seeing it. The same has happened earlier in some other famous star hotel in Bangalore but no one responded well to so many calls there. But we were so happy with Mr. Soumya's prompt help. And great service too the previous day which actually made my daughter approach him comfortably. Thank you Mr. Soumya. For the warmth extended during our stay in Taj Tirupathi during March 27-29. The four stars are only for one reason. The emergency exit staircases are not planned well. For such a great place, it may become very uncomfortable for few people who are claustrophobic as the rooms too don't have balcony. And when asked whether the stairs can be used, the receptionist on first day told us, they can't be used as it will be locked. But the maintenance team (thank you Mr. Surendar) for the night help in checking the stairs and he also told one of it is always open for emergencies and led us through it in the night. But since this is not an issue for most people, this place is a great stay. Our rooms were upgraded automatically and we enjoyed great views on the fourth floor. Food, service and cleanliness are all winners.
