I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely homestay in Tirupati, and I must say, it was one of the most delightful experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, care, and an unmistakable sense of belonging that made this trip extra special. The homestay is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short drive from the Tirumala temple. Its location is ideal--not too far from the main town, yet far enough to offer a calm and serene environment after a day of temple visits or local sightseeing. One of the standout aspects of this homestay was the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. Every corner was spotless, the floors gleamed, and the linens were crisp and fresh. The bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained, with fresh towels and essential toiletries provided. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was genuinely impressive, and it made the stay incredibly comfortable. It was evident that the hosts took great pride in ensuring that guests enjoy a clean and cozy environment. Speaking of the hosts--what wonderful people! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. From offering us a refreshing welcome drink on arrival to patiently guiding us with tips about temple darshan timings and transport options, they went above and beyond. Their hospitality was not just courteous but deeply genuine. They made us feel like family, which added a very personal touch to the whole experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. There was a lovely blend of traditional charm and contemporary comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet surroundings ensured a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was also a small balcony where one could sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the early morning breeze. Another highlight was the home-cooked meals offered by the hosts on request. The food was simple, authentic, and delicious--just like you'd expect from a loving home kitchen. Each meal felt like it was made with care, and they were happy to accommodate dietary preferences and serve with a smile. The homestay also had ample parking space, CCTV security, and a helpful caretaker available round the clock. It's clear that the hosts have thought of everything to make their guests feel safe, relaxed, and at home. Overall, this homestay in Tirupati was far more than just a place to stay--it was an experience filled with warmth, cleanliness, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Whether you're visiting Tirupati for spiritual reasons or a quiet getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The place felt like a home, as it looked exactly in photographs. Their service was truly exceptional. Every aspect of our stay was meticulously taken care of and hosted with utmost care. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. With our parents and family by our side, it was as if we were at our own home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, and I will definitely return next time.

The hotel is very well maintained and the entire 3BHK was kept very clean. The location is also easy to access from railway station or bus station. It is nearer to all main places of visit in Tirupati. It was a fully furnished 3BHK with Sofa, TV, Fridge, Dinning Table, Wifi, Queen Beda in every room and the kitchen was fully functional with stove and all necessary utensils to cook for your self along with an electric rice cooker. They also provide a can of water and complimentary milk packet. The staff were very welcoming & cooperative especially Lokesh helped us with any questions we had and made sure every thing was very smooth from check-in to check-out. Both me and my family liked the property & service very much and would highly recommend it to other family or group wanting to opt for this stay.

T Stays has truly been one of our best experiences so far! A special thanks to Janaki Ram for organizing everything so smoothly. He patiently explained every detail and supported us throughout our stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Initially, we had some doubts after seeing the pictures online, thinking the rooms might be different. But to our pleasant surprise, the rooms were extremely clean and hygienic. Kudos to Thoran for maintaining the property so well! The stay cost us around 4,000 for one night, and I stayed here with my best buddies Vamsi and Narasimha, along with our families, during our visit to Tirumala. What made it even more special was the prime location - right where Taj Tirupati is situated. Super accessible and convenient! The stay was awesome, and we'll definitely stay here again. I'll happily recommend it to my family and friends who are planning a trip to Tirupati or Tirumala. If you're visiting Tirupati in your own vehicle, this is the perfect place to stay - no second thoughts! One small suggestion: It would be great if the power supply to the room could be cut off automatically when guests step out. I accidentally left the AC running, and it stayed on until we returned. Implementing this would help save electricity and reduce unnecessary power costs. Thank you, T Stays! Stay was clean and spacious had great time! Also had facilities like AC, each room individual bath rooms with heaters also balcony and kitchen had all utensils and staff service was good & co operative friendly behaviour. Would highly recommend.
