I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that can only be described as a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was severely understaffed. There was no one at the front desk to assist with check-in, leaving me waiting in an empty lobby for an unacceptable amount of time. But the horror did not end there. As I entered my room, I was greeted by an army of cockroaches having a party of their own. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned in ages, as the pests freely roamed around the filthy corners and crevices. It was absolutely disgusting and made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or even sleep peacefully during my stay. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was incredibly harsh and unwelcoming. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and instead treated us with utter disrespect. It felt as if they were doing us a favor by simply allowing us to stay in their mediocre establishment. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly shocking. To top it all off, the hotel didn't even bother to clean my room during my entire stay. The same trash I left behind on day one was still there on day three. It was as if the concept of room cleaning had never crossed their minds. This level of neglect and laziness is simply unforgivable. Overall, my experience at this hotel was a complete disaster. It was severely understaffed, infested with cockroaches, had a staff with a terrible attitude, and didn't even bother with basic room cleaning. I strongly advise anyone against staying at this establishment unless you are willing to endure a truly nightmarish experience.

Property was clean earlier and I had stayed here too but now the property is under staffed with no housekeeping staff but just one front office staff, rooms were offered to check-in without cleaning, mopping, toilets, changing bed linen. I had to call the hotel management & they gave lame excuse, the reception staff did not bother to change the bed linen as though he is some designated decorated officer & his designation doesn't allow him to change bed linen. Cockroaches were seen inside and outside the room. I had to ask him to give fresh bed linen, change them by myself and checked in. As it was pretty late I had no energy because I drove from a long drive, else I wouldn't have patronized this filthy property. And not sure why the management is taking bookings while they don't even have basic house keeping staff, while they are collecting tariff on par. Surely bad karma is going to catch up with them for offering such facilities to pilgrims who are visiting for darshan at Balaji temple, tirupati. Check the room before you pay and then check-in.

Firstly surrounding is like mass place.near the railway track. Rooms are ok.all ac rooms only. 900 rs is the room per person.Ac will be there but without remote. U have to straightly switch off ac switch if u want to change temperature etc.we had to argue with them at late night to get the remote. all rooms ac remote is single. They are making centralized ac so thats y it is as such itseems.hot water is available 5 to 9 mrng n evng. Receptioinist is kind.

Rooms are good and spacious, but heater and AC switching controlling at reception & yard, so every time you should remind them please ON, ON...... Rate is little higher but no complementary, no water bottle. , service getting too delay. Many time found no one at reception.

1. earth shock - Imp one Geyser is working, but current shock is coming when we put hand in hot water or touching the taps after switching on the geyser. We informed to manegement. But didn't get any response. Kids or elders please be careful. 2. Room door is not locking properly so we have moved to another room. 3. Rooms are okay. No space for extra bed. 4. Wifi,TV,Teliphone is not available & No service persons to help. 5. Mosquitos are there and there is no AC remote to control to increase or decrease. 6. Paid 1700/- two persons.. extra 300 per each person if it's AC room. Non AC 250/- per head they said.. But there won't be space to sleep.. just my relatives came and got fresh up and then we left with in hour. So they charged 900 extra. 7. There are lot of new hotels with proper amenities with in this budget is available in TIRUPATHI.
