Super Hotel O Karakambadi Near Alipiri formerly BVN Grand

Visited this hotel for booking from 9th March to 10th March. The reception staff ( Mr. Sai) was trying to chase us away when we entered, saying don't come here. He didn't allow me to park the car in front of the hotel. When I told that I have made payment in advance he vehemently refused. I showed him my copy then he agreed. I insisted on talking to the OYO manager Mr. Govardhan and he too kept saying that I have booked four rooms and made payment for two only. I shared with him all details on booking two rooms and having made payment for that only. He was very rude and indifferent in his attitude. I fail to understand how OYO being a reputed firm is employing such people and the hotel too. The room boys refused to give even a jug of water.

OYO BVN Grand Near Alipiri is an average hotel with basic facilities, suitable for short stays if you're not expecting too much. The hotel does not offer daily cleaning or bed linen changes, which might be inconvenient for longer stays. Room cleanliness is not up to the mark, and unfortunately, they do not provide laundry services. While it serves as a decent budget option, the lack of attention to detail and limited amenities leave much to be desired. Overall, it's just about okay if you need a place to rest for a night or two but not ideal for a comfortable or extended stay.

It's a zero star hotel, even it's not a hotel must say garbage room or store rooms. And as in Google mentioned 3* hotel I must say a store room of 3 star hotel will be in better cleanness than this. Room was very dirty, fan had spider web, windows had full of dust. And even after showing to them no one came for cleaning. They gave broken bucket and mugs in bathroom. No toilet soap and paper. AC was too old which takes 3 to 5 minute for start and operates with heavy sound. I had booked this hotel with OYO and complaint to them but didn't get any proper response. I have booked this hotel after seeing rating in Google and Oyo but it was completely fake.

This place goes by two names supero hotel which seemed really nice in the pictures , we reached to a street the real hotels name was bvn grand....When we saw the room the ac remote was not there, bedsheet stinked and there was no soap in washroom, rooms were small.

Experience with this hotel is too bad, Not maintained well, heavy water is coming inside the room on rainy days from window ever if we close the window. Blankets are not hygiene. Room is very small and bad odur, bathroom tap water is leaking. No food option and not even breakfast complimentary. wifi is not working properly.

Can't rate negative, so giving 1 star. Extremely horrible. Lift not working to an extent that we got stuck in it for about 10 mins, and the receptionist sitting right there did not even respond on time. Rooms are extremely small,very dirty, probably never cleaned for ages, bed sheets stink, geyser not working, cob webs everywhere. On top of this, Receptionists are not at all helpful, not available on phone also. They are very arrogant. Unfit for family stay.

0 zero rating. No need to book this hotel. Not clean. Nothing works. No service and no response from team or management. Waste of money. Worst rooms, very bad rooms, not at all clean. Geyser doesn't work, AC doesn't work, small room, TV doesn't work, Bed sheets are not changed, no service. Careless staff. No car parking place. No food in restaurant. Not hygienic. 0 (Zero) rating.
