Our stay during our visit to Tirumala was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment included a living room, two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a very small kitchen, and basement car parking. Cons: The staff were helpful but a bit slow. The Kitchen were extremely small and without any utensils. Bathrooms were with geysers but with stain marks in many places. The Checkout is 7AM and not suitable to guests and heavy charges are applied for delayed checkout which is a poor experience. Location is quite interior and the access road is very small. The main road is far away with limited shops.

Spacious Service apartments at an affordable rent. Big enough for 6 adults. Non usage of kitchen sinks have led to a cockroach infestation and this needs to be addressed before it gets worse. Very good service from the on premises staff who cater to your needs almost immediately.

Home away from Home experience. Stayed for 2 days. Best suited for families. Owner and staff went out of their way to guide us regarding darshan and helped us plan local travel too. They even obliged 30 minutes late check-out by us without charging anything extra.

we had comfortable, clean & pleasant stay. friendly staff . Some reviewers were complaining about wash rooms as dirty which is NOT True . The wash rooms are clean as well but they are mistaking the stains by hard water on floor and fittings as dirty . those stains are in evitable over the period of time at places where the water is hard . Also some reviewers were complaining about check in and checkout timings. they have been clear that check-in time as 8 AM and check out time is 7 AM . every property have their own policies which we guests have to bind to them . So check the property policies before you book so that you won't get disappointed . I would highly recommend this place for families and group travellers with their own vehicle. They have ample parking space . all the amenities mentioned were true including Airconditioners, TV, WiFi. kettle, RO or Mineral water cans etc . Refrigerator is not available in each individual units but common refrigerator is available at reception to store your things

We stayed in this apartment for 2 days Nov 16-18. The location itself is very difficult to reach. Street is too narrow and very dirty. Roads are in pathetic condition. Parking space has too many pillars and very difficult to park the car. Bathrooms are not clean. Lot of stains and very slippery bathroom floor. Very small kitchen. No utensils. They don't even provide plates. Each time we ask they used to provide paper plates which cannot be gripped in hand. Cockroaches everywhere in kitchen. Most sad part was , owner demanded half day tarif of 1500rs for checking out late by 2 hours. It was very difficult to convince him, but not sure , at the end, he did not charge anything. But I didn't feel good to bargain somehow. Overall a very average stay. I don't recommend this property.

Very good place to stay in Tirupati for a family of 4-6. Excellent Service by Venkateshwarulu and Nagaraj.. Definitely going there again next time when we get a chance to go to Tirupati.

Stay was good. Property's location was in the center of city. From here everything was easily accessible. Rooms were clean and service was also good. Only drawback was the check-out time which is 7am. The manager came in the room at 7am and we said him we will be out by 8.30am but still manager and owner kept calling and disturbing about the check-out time. This was so annoying Overall stay was excellent, it felt like home and perfect for family staycation.

A good home stay , neat and clean but located bit interior and purely depend on Ola or Uber if you don't have your personal vehicle . No good restaurants in walkable distance.
