Starlit Suites Tirupati

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms was spacious and the linen was clean. Check-in was smooth. The apartment is located pretty close to an on-ramp onto the flyover leading to tirumala. The biggest problem is there were cockroaches all around and we ended up with some insect bites (maybe from a bed bug). I really wish maintenance was better because all other aspects were comfortable for a family of 4.

The service is very good and the taste and hygiene of the restaurant is also nice. The staff is super friendly and the manager of restaurant gives personal attention to the guests.

The stay was extremely comfortable with great prop up from their staffs. Food is really great! Best Hotel to Stay in the City. |A direct compliment to the executive chef Biswanath and his kitchen team, "The food was absolutely delicious, and I can tell a lot of care went into preparing each dish. I would like to highlight the extra efforts by the reception staff. We had booked 5 rooms in the property and by mistake we left a kurta-pajama in one of the rooms. Upon request they washed, ironed and packed the kurta-pajama and mailed it to us in Bangalore. Extremely grateful to the reception staff. Rooms were fantastic too, quite spacious and breakfast was also good. Will definitely visit again when coming for tirupati darshan

Needs more proper maintenance The 707 toilet had low water for hand washing Only shower for bath and on hall the side of wall fittings were not proper If they correct all these then the hotel is best Manager were good. Location is great

Review: Jalpaan Alipiri 1/5 Worst experience ever! We found a centipede in one of the tiffin plates served to us. Even though the restaurant replaced the plate after we complained, this incident clearly shows how unhygienic their kitchen and food handling are. It's unacceptable for a restaurant, especially in a tourist hub like Tirupati, to maintain such poor hygiene standards. Food safety authorities must inspect this place immediately. Visitors and devotees coming here deserve clean and safe food, not a shocking experience like this. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone!

The location and rooms were good but the staff were rude and misbehaving with customers especially and saying as part of rules when we ask about the behaviour which is not expected from them. No proper room services and no minimum facilities in the room like the washroom essentials and other. Also parking will be a bit difficult no lift facility to cellar you have to walk throughout again.

The staff at starlit is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They care that your stay must be happy and comfortable. We stayed for more than a month and felt like home after a moment. Such a sweet experience at starlit gonna plan future trips.
