Sri Venkateswara Guest House

This guest house owner is fraud. I contacted this guest house on 05.03.25 for stay from 04.04.25 to 06.04.25. I was asked by Mr Abhishek of this guest house to pay full charge of Rs. 3,100/- for AC room 2 bed. Accordingly I paid full amount of Rs. 3,100/- by bank transfer to Rekha Devi as per QR code sent by him. On receipt of payment, he said that 6% GST is also required to be paid and he asked me to pay full amount of Rs. 3,286/- again. On receipt of payment, he promised to return Rs. 3,100/- paid by me along with confirmation of reservation. Accordingly I again paid Rs. 3,286/-. After receipt of payment, he said that there is some problem in issuing confirmation and asked me to wait till 10.00 AM of 06.03.25. On 06.03.25, initially he was giving excuse for delay, though I sent him my QR code for initial payment of Rs. 3,100/-. Later in evening he asked me to send Rs. 1/- so that he can return the entire amount of Rs. 6,386/-. I could sense foul play by him and I refused any further payment. Now neither he is returning the amount paid by me nor responding to phone call. I have reported the matter to Cyber cell.

It's a old guest house 1971, decent for a family stay, not suitable for elderly, steep climb, unless you have a vehicle not suggested. Coming to service pathetic, room condition is decent.

Cheat, plz don't trust this.. the contact number provided in the website for room booking.. took booking amount in upi and is now not sharing the booking details nor refunding my money... He is not picking my call.. writing this review.. so nobody gets cheated from this fraud...

Once up on a time during 70' s and before it was an V.V.I.P "s guest house and now it's an rest house * sorry to inform and it's pathetic condition geiser switches are hanging switches are not working and many more ....

Please be aware there is no such websites to book rooms. Please be careful Cheaters created website and will ask you to send money for booking

In our room there is problem in drainage pipe... We stop going out side to visit temples because of that work is in progress in our room.... We faced problem there

It's fraud site, please don't believe...they took advance payment but we have not received receipt nor book room...now they switched off their phones...

We have not stayed in this hotel, but we took food in this hotel. The food is superb and cost effective and delicious. The service is good.
