The rooms and price are fine. The price is cheaper if you book directly by calling them. The location is little outside the main centre. So, parking should not be a problem. Food is provided if you book rooms online. The rooms are spacious and can be occupied by a couple and 2 kids. In the room, I stayed health faucet was leaking continuously and Exhaust fan was not working. Main problem I face is the Manager (mid aged person) and Room Boy (mid aged person) was demanding tips even though there was nothjng served. And there is no cockroach in the room where I stayed. The other younger guys was nice. I booked room through Yogesh

Very good Hotel with nice staff and facilities. Good rooms with all amenities. Owner very nice and supportive.

Location is good, busstand, railway station, eateries etc within 800m radius. Nice Uber connectivity, transport available even at odd hours of the day. Staff behaviour is very much appreciated. Good support. Clean & neat rooms, a/c, hot water, tv. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

Highly disappointed with the Quality of service. Cockroaches in toilet, beds not cleaned well. Not a pleasant stay for the price they are charging.

Excellent location, spacefull parking , good people to support, clean rooms . I stayed with family had a great stay , rooms were very clean and spacious, really worth for money. Management was so kind for some flexible check outs . This is going to be my regular stay place in tirupathi from now on . Thanks again

Very bad behaviour and no service at all. My train was a bit late but they didn't let me wait for 15 more minute. One of staff come and told me immediately vacant, it's cleaning time and not ready to lesson.

16/12/24 New property rooms are super clean Ac, hot water, Android TV 24 hours working... Nearby fast food restaurants are available, walking distance from tirupati bus stand. Even zomato delivering food within 20 mins... My room size is compact it's ok for couple
