Springs Hotel

Clean & Spacious rooms (can accommodate 3 in double room) - clean washrooms, having good restaurant on ground floor, curteous staff ( they helped accommodate us even when we reached few hours earlier). Many restaurants & coffee shops near by. Totally worth money.

Very good hotel, good room service . Twin bed and a single beds concept is really amazing and comfortable. Location is convenient and walkable to good restaurants and away from the crowded bus stand. The reception staff especially the women needs to be more kind, warm n welcoming.

Stay is good. Better go for room service or eat in roadsidr stall or A3b nearby. Don't go springs restaurant. restaurant is NOoooo, rude manager old man. NOOOO! Star for Suchitra good work, who served my table with personal interest and sincerity. I totally appreciate her "try" to offer fair experience to customers. good Hospitality given by her. But, Don't come to this restaurant. Better go to A2b or local stores within 200 m. Because here Too much attitude of the old uncle (manager). He doesn't know how to value customers. Don't know why he is not suspended or removed from job, as there are 100 complains about him (available on Google reviews). Probably Springs hotel doesn't bother to give good service, if they respect customers and want more people to come.. this man must be sacked from job or asked to learn manners and do a course in hotel management and customer service. Too much attitude he has. I wanted chapati, he said take thaali and you will get one chapati in it (why?? Why would I pay for extra rice and things when the menu had chapati kurma to satisty my appetite) - He repeatedly said he had chapati but won't serve. What is this?? Isn't this rude enough?? If you want tea, will someone ask you to purchase one full tea packet? Well, laughably, this old man's words were like that! He was ZERO accomodative. He was like eat what we give, not want you want to pay for. He was like eat what we give, not want to really like. Worst behavior. He was also laughing (perhaps mockingly) at the corner.

They can have proper maintenance again. And under hygiene is not so much would definitely want better if they had a better tidy solutions.But with the present and nearest kind of far please, this was just ok
