Not worth a single penny. Took an AC room with family at Rs.1800 per day. Poor conditions, bad service, Unsatisfactory.

Looks beautiful from outside only. But once you check in you will definitely regret for that. No proper maintenance. Every where you will easily find Dirt. Even staff also not helping you at all. It's better to stay away from this Rajahamsa Residency.

Very bad experience we had. Took 207, commode flush not working, they were saying plumber will come and took compete day without repair. That manager will control the geezer from his office, he will off it. We should call many times to on. Water pressure is very low in taps, we have to wait 15min to fill a bucket

Good rooms and nice to stay with family very clean the hotel was beside temple I recommend all

The worst hotel I saw in my experience.they will switch off lift and will tell there is no supply where full building is having supply.behaviour of staff so rude. Very interesting is u will tell for room service and the staff will not provide but they will run behind u for tips when u will check out. After 3to 4 hr of check in time they will irritate asking when will checkout. Same bedsheet is spread by staff after checkout for new comers.if there is negative star rating then I will give negative 05 .request to ap govt to kick these type of fraud managers because they are creating a very bad image to Tirupati

1. Room is not clean. Lot of mosquitoes and bedbugs. 2. You have to beg for lift, AC and geyser becoz they will switch off it in midnight and in the morning. 3. Staff is rude 4. They will not return deposit amount and if we ask then they will refuse. Don't go for this hotel...

Worst service. Lift won't work almost all times. Has to use stairs even for 3rd floor. Hot water won't be available at night times, if we want to bathe before sleep. No door mat also available. Never ever come here for stay. Has to pay all the amount in advance only.No card swipe available, even google pay or phone pay. THE WORST HOTEL WITH WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Worst manager behaviour. We were 10min late while checking out. Manager cut off the power for just 10min delay and worst behaviour ever. Worst hospitality, no clean rooms. Manager quiet arrogant. This is cheap lodge and not suitable for families. Not preferable for families and managers cheap behaviour makes you frustrated
