Pvk Residency Review of Our Stay First of all, they charge an extra Rs. 600 per room for early check-in. Since we booked three rooms, we had to pay Rs. 1800 just for arriving two hours early. Second, there was no hot water facility and no mirror inside the bathrooms. They provide only one half-liter bottle of mineral water per person for 24 hours, and additional water is chargeable. The TV in some rooms was not working, and the electric kettle provided in one of the rooms was also not functional. Despite these issues, the staff was polite. However, online payments are not accepted, and only cash transactions are allowed. There is also no in-house restaurant. Now, the pros: Excellent, spacious rooms Comfortable beds and mattresses

Breakfast provided at roof top and food was good. Varieties of breakfast options available, unlimited. Room - basic amenities provided however cleanliness not great. Yellow stained all over the washroom. Dust and mist over bedsheets

Worst experience. Room full of mosquitoes, no hot water and worst of all they didn't have water in the morning. They will claim as if this is a best place but it's the Worst place I have ever stayed There was a woman at the reception desk being irresponsible and being rude. They charge you high not worth at all.

I recently stayed at PVK RESIDENCY and had a great experience. The room was neat, clean, and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with polite staff who were always ready to assist. I appreciated the convenience of having parking available and the option for room service for lunch and dinner. Overall, I highly recommend this lodge for anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay.

Be careful while booking rooms here, booked 5 rooms via gobibo, which included 3 standard room and 2 triple bedded room. After reaching hotel they gave all 5 standard rooms and extra beds on floor by telling that triple bedded rooms are under maintenance and never returned difference amount either by gobibo or hotlier. This is how hotlier recover the discounts. Gobibo washed hands by saying sorry and tried to convince by offering vouchers. Be careful...

Had a very pleasant stay . Very clean and good utilities. Perfect location for tirumala pilgrims. Timely Customer service.

Breakfast nice preparation... Everything is good...Rooms are looking good... parking only need some space for comfort.
