Pearl Stays, Tirupati

We had a Very bad experience with this hotel, post we checked in late to the hotel, we found that the rooms were not at all clean, found cockroach, commode was not even flushed, pillow covers were so dirty, one of the bathroom lock was broken, common area was soo dirty and we got dust allergy, infact the fan was filled with dust and unable to turn on, the smell in the lift was so bad that we got vomiting sensation. It's just a dirty flat in third floor above animal and dental hospital. Next to flat so much of leftover garbage was found with wine bottles and non veg, before going to Darshan of Tirumala, seeing such an environment spoiled our mood. This is definitely not for family stay. On top of all these inconveniences, though the manager cooperated to clean the flat after checkin, the cleaning boy was soo rude and bad attitude

Advantage: 1.Located near Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple and shall be reached easily from Tirumala. 2. Good for people going as group and not a right choice for family. Disadvantage: 1. Non-cleanliness of toilets and room 2. Rude behaviour of staff and below are examples While doing a payment through Google pay by mistake paid Rs.200 extra and they told it has gone to owner account will discuss with owner and return in the morning but no one was there in reception while checking out and in a call they said by 10am it will be done. But nothing had happened, so called them by 11am and they informed owner is in temple and will return the money when he is back from temple in 15 - 20 mins again nothing happened till 3pm so called them again and it was a heated argument. While booking person in the reception mentioned he is manager and if it's cash payment he would have returned since it was GPay to owner it needs to be returned through him only & during a heated argument he was telling that he is brother of owner and 200 is not a big deal. It's been 1.5 days still no refund had come from them as committed even though it's not a big deal for them. This is my worst experience with them and leaving it you guys for considering this hotel for your stay.

After tirupati balaji darshan, I have checked to the hotel with my family,our bedrooms are so clean and neat and management are also very helpful, totally it is comfortable to stay here with our family

I have visited to tirupati at last week with my family and stayed at this hotel for two days,the rooms are very clean and neat,it is very near to temples so,it good affordable hotel for families who visits tirupati

Stay in pearl stays was wonderful.the experience was really great .Staff interaction & room services also good .This peace & great experience will be always remembered.

After completing our Tirupati Balaji darshan , after reaching Tirupati we checked into this hotel and the room was very clean and neat with the nice bed and they arranged a travel kit like soaps, towels , shampoo etc and towels ,pillow covers and blankets were very cleanly washed and placed. They have nice room freshers too. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Tirupati.

I stayed here hourly basis. Its far from busstand. Newly constructed building. I stayed for 6 hours.
