OM Srinivasa Hotel

For those planning for a spiritual cum holiday visit to Tirupati Om Srinivasa Homestay provides you an ideal ambience in terms of comfort,budget and pleasantries. This is my personal experience having spent 4 days with family recently, I have no hesitation to give a five star rating . A few highlights are; The site is located in a serene atmosphere away from the huz and buzz of the Tirupati City,but still well connected with transport infrastructure and in an easily identifiable location. The operational team led by Shalini will provide you all the warmth and comfort with their pleasant manners and attentiveness. Budget wise an affordable choice even for a middle class family. Imagine Rs.3000/- (including breakfast) at the highest per day for a furnished suite with two bed rooms, one kitchen and a living room where 5 people can comfortably stay. The furniture,crockery and cutlery in the beautiful cup boards provides you an ideal ambience of your own home . Choicest food can be ordered and served at very reasonable rates suiting to a budget customer. All in all a feel good choice for a happy and pleasant stay.

It's value for the money. The interiors will give you a pleasant vibe on vacation and home comfort. It's clean enough but should be clear than that and also We felt the air had cigar smell from previous stay. Hope they can fix that as well. Car parking is in the road outside the building. Happy staying.

This was the best stay I have ever had... Our stay at "OM Srinivasa I Truly Homestay" was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, anticipating our every need. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with every luxury amenity imaginable. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. We truly felt pampered and can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience. I will be visiting the same very soon. I loved it

The rooms are undoubtedly spacious, and the property is situated slightly away from the hustle of the city center. However, the maintenance could be significantly improved. We noticed dirt and stains on the curtains, TV unit, walls, switchboards, and bathroom. Also, the bathroom door handles were broken, and kitchen appliances like the kettle had an unpleasant odor. The geyser didn't seem to be functioning, as we didn't get any hot water either.

A good place for a short stay. Rooms are well maintained. Have provision for self cooking. One need to get their groceries. If time permits one can try cooking. Restaurants are close by and one can order online.

Manager Shalini doesn't have a clue about providing customer service. Was acting as if she did a big favour to us by giving room 30 mins early than checkin time. Was not present at property, connecting via phone with housekeepers and arrogantly speaking about customer to them. I overheard due to loud speaker. Was providing rooms which were ready to people who came after us. They will demand security deposit for giving room, its not mentioned while booking. Its refundable but not sure in which circumstances it can be denied. Rooms are average with torn sofa and bedsheets Cigarette burns on carpet, broken lamp. Location is in quiet place but no roads in the area, if it rains everything will be slushy. Cars to be parked in open street with less lighting in night. Service is like you order item A, they will deliver B. I would not book unless there is no other option .

It was a very pleasant stay. Very neat and clean rooms. You get amenities like iron box, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, geysers etc. Just 5-10 minutes drive from city centre. The lady who was handling the property was fluent in English, so no need of worrying about the language barrier, if you are coming from other states and don't know Telugu.

very bad experience, rooms are stinky . no road available for hotel . no parking. only owner car is parked , shamelessly . Guests car thrown out . owner house is just opposite with cow shed in front of it . no locks available for the rooms. lift is with toilet smell. the kitchen ware shared , i advise don't use them they are not cleaned from ages .
