The rooms are spacious, bedsheets are clean. They should strongly work on maintaining hygeine. The whole kitchen is infested with cockroaches. The rooms are little smelly and one of the AC was not in working condition.

Very Unpleasant Experience - Avoid Nayath Serviced Apartment We were staying at Vasavi Satram, which shares the same building as Nayath Serviced Apartment. Unfortunately, Nayath's management behaved extremely badly. They did not allow us to use the elevator from the 1st floor--even for senior citizens and a pregnant woman in our group! Their reasoning was that Vasavi Satram hadn't paid maintenance, which is an issue between the properties and should not be taken out on guests. The manager of Nayath was extremely rude, argued aggressively, and even disrespected my parents. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Such poor treatment of guests shows a total lack of basic hospitality and humanity. I strongly advise avoiding Nayath Serviced Apartment if you value respect and decency.

This serviced apartment offers excellent accessibility from various parts of the city, with nearby bus stops and a variety of good restaurant choices. It features ample parking space and friendly, helpful staff. They provide apartments with both kitchen facilities and without, so it's advisable to inquire about this beforehand. The main downside is the maintenance, as some areas like broken tiles give it an older house feel. However, aside from this issue, the hotel offers a positive experience overall.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel, where not only the accommodations but also the integrity and service of the staff truly impressed us. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing an excellent environment for relaxation. A highlight of our visit was an incident where my in-laws forgot a substantial amount of cash in the apartment. Remarkably, both the housekeeping staff and management promptly returned the full amount after our departure, which speaks volumes about their honesty and dedication to guests. Additionally, the hotel was very accommodating with our checkout times, adding to our convenience. We also appreciated the help in arranging a reasonably priced driver for our trip to Tirumala, which was seamless and convenient. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

worst place to stay... No hygiene stained beds bedsheets ...stinky place unfortunatly we have stayed and you dont even have the sense of customer staying at your place .. this response after 4months of our stay says how ignorant and pathetic you are at customer service. you could atleast have courtesy to call and check to improve your service but typical horrible rooms with your customer service

We had stayed here when visiting tirumala, the people here were so humble and so friendly. We had to change our dates, they really helped us get that done without a chaos. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. We had taken a 2BHK service apartment, it had all amenities including kitchenware, geyser, Tv and AC. Great stay. Definitely recommend for this price.
