Really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable rooms for a family of 4. We got good closed dining area as well near to room. Price was nominal. I recommend the place for any normal tourist visiting Tirupati. It would have been perfect stay if there was Full board available along with good South Indian menu options.

Request Mr.Feroz owner of MG Hotel Iris that I found needs to be fixed. 1.Soiled sofa covers in the lounge. 2.Non functional lights. 3.No hot water in the bathrooms. 4.Soiled walls with shoe marks. 5.Almost everything is covered with dust. 6.Bed and bath lenin are old. 7.Limescale covered bathroom fixtures. 8.Broken / faulty doors. 9.Stikky room floors. 10.Sanitation of whole hotel need to be addressed. 11.Faulty key card slot. 12.Showers and health faucets jammed with lime scale. Pros: 1.Hotel is near to the railway station. 2.Supportive and helpful staff.

Terrible Experience - Not Even Worth 1 Star I made the mistake of booking this hotel in a rush without checking the reviews, trusting the 3-star tag shown on MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, the service and room conditions were absolutely substandard -- not even worth a single star. We stayed here for 4 days, and here's what we experienced: 1. Early Check-in Drama: Upon arrival, despite the hotel being almost empty, the staff member Bhanu demanded 200 per hour for early check-in. I was traveling with two kids (a 10-month-old and a 6-year-old), yet there was no courtesy, empathy, or basic human decency shown. Left with no choice, I paid the charge expecting 3-star level service. 2. Horrible Room Conditions: * Our first room (Room 202) had a filthy bathroom, with fixtures covered in limescale -- the shower and jet weren't working at all. There was also no hot water. * In the evening, we were moved to Room 207. The situation was no better -- dirty bathroom, no hot water, stained towels with a foul smell, shampoo that was basically colored water, and chlorinated water that gave us skin rashes. * The walls had visible cracks, stains, and marks. The room had cockroaches crawling around, making it extremely unhygienic and unsafe, especially for children. * Room service was completely non-existent. 3. Customer Service Disaster with MakeMyTrip: I reported the issue to MakeMyTrip, clearly explaining that the property isn't even worth 1 star, and I provided photos and videos as proof. In response, I got a wonderful call from a representative named Suneel, who instead of addressing the issue, asked me to vacate the room immediately. I was shocked -- I was traveling with kids and had a busy schedule. Rather than helping, this person wanted to throw us out. After a heated argument, they reluctantly offered a 50% refund. But Suneel completely missed the point -- my complaint wasn't about the money, it was about the lack of basic services. If a hotel is listed as a 3-star property, shouldn't hot water, a working shower and jet, and clean bathrooms be the bare minimum? His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. He told me, "If you didn't like it, why didn't you leave?" -- as if that was a valid solution. No effort to resolve or even acknowledge the real issues. Final Thoughts I made the mistake of not checking reviews before booking. I urge others not to make the same mistake. There are plenty of better options around the bus stand in the 1000-1500 range with far better service and clean bathrooms. I also strongly advise MakeMyTrip to delist this property from its 3-star and "value for money" categories. It misleads customers like me into booking a hotel that is nowhere close to what is promised. This kind of listing damages the trust users place in the platform. Avoid this hotel at all costs -- it's a scam disguised as a 3-star stay.

The room was good and comfortable. It's very conveniently located near both the bus and train stations. The staff was polite and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend Our stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. We stayed for four days, and every single day we had to call and remind the staff about the hot water issue in the bathroom. Despite repeated complaints, the problem was never taken seriously. Housekeeping was another major issue. We had to follow up multiple times about soiled linens and general cleanliness. Initially, the staff ignored our concerns, and only after constant reminders did they finally take action -- seemingly because they had no other choice. This level of service is unacceptable. The management seriously needs to train the staff on basic hospitality and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Extremely disappointed with the service Very pricey for the service being provided I just feel there is a lot of difference between the images online and the actual scene here at the hotel The buffet breakfast was also extremely bad. They just had 3 items in the menu which were also not great in taste Definitely not recommended for the price being charged

I have never seen such an unclean hotel in my lifetime. They claim to be a 3-star property on Agoda, but in reality, it is not even worth a single star. The hotel lacks basic facilities, has poor staff arrangements, and is extremely unhygienic--both in the bedroom and bathroom. The restrooms were in terrible condition, with yellow-stained toilets and unclean curtains in both the room and bathroom. It's unclear when they were last washed. Overall, the stay was a complete waste of money, and the experience was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel directly I thought it will be good but it's extremely good and GM Mr. Sunil took very special care and team also supported well and the Ambience of the Room is and nice and it's near to Railway station and Main Bus Station.
