We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making the overall experience very pleasant. The boarding facilities were convenient and the food provided was both tasty and hygienic. It's a great option for both short and long stays, with a calm atmosphere and all the basic amenities you need. Definitely worth the price!

However, we were so impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent facilities that we decided to extend our stay for an additional day--and we're so glad we did!||Traveling with my wife, our 3-year-old twin daughters, and my mother-in-law, comfort and convenience were key for us. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room service was impeccable, with the staff being consistently attentive, caring, and thoughtful towards our family's needs. It truly felt like a home away from home.||The property itself is stunning and family-friendly--from the refreshing swimming pool to the fun games and activities available, everyone in the family had something to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay at Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Tirupati during our family trip for Tirupati darshan. Initially planned for 1 night, but extended by another day after experiencing their amazing hospitality and facilities. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of the mountains from the property was breathtaking. Our kids loved the games and swimming pool, and the room service was exceptional--always caring and prompt. Dining at Krishna Cafe and Lotus was a treat, with delicious food and great service. A big thank you to Mr. Manu Prasad (Front Office Manager) and his team for taking such good care of us across all departments. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in Tirupati!

This property doesn't even deserve 3 star as per Indian Hotel Standards, we booked a premium book instead of Deluxe for a spacious stay with sofa and the Sofa had full of disgusting stains, the shower area and commode looks like it was never cleaned, we had to skip the shower here. Coming to hospitality and service it's a total joke, they won't call or message you, and won't keep room ready until checkin, hence forget any special requests you have. We took an apple milkshake and received it after 40 mins, half of the milkshake was filled with apple skin, room dining is another joke. Checkin and checkout experience was absolute disaster, came with infant and checkin process took 20 mins and as of checkout , despite giving the list of items we took for mini bar they made us wait until they got confirmation. The only good thing here was breakfast. Rest all such as Hygienic, cleanliness, hospitality, service and view from premium room were worst than a 3 stars hotel. The property doesn't even have infant friendly chair in dining area. They gave us old broken chair with no safety in it. I say again that whoever tagged this as 5 star hotel is highly misguiding people, we also fell prey for this and fake reviews. Attached are the photos related to my stay. If property tags this review as fake , I'll upload bill snapshots as well. Save your buck and don't fall prey to this 2 STAR Property.

This is my third time staying with them, great staff very welcoming. Got better than it was the last time. View outside the window is pleasant too. Food and in room dining service is best in class. Worth every penny will look forward the next time I'll visit Tirupati

One of the best mutton biryanis in recent time. I thank chef Pushpender for making such a wonderful and delicious Biriyani.wide spread of buffet and courteous staff. Definitely a worth trying experience. Very nice ambiance with spacious rooms.
