I along with my entire family have stayed in this excellent property which is ideally located in the Tirupati town, we were all pleasantly surprised to note that all the facilities on offer in this property are of top notch level and though the support staff appear to be less in number, they are more than sufficient for a home stay expectation. The USP of this property is its location, ambience, spaciousness and a very cordial support system available, besides there are number of food options of good quality at a very nearby places. Overall it was a wonderful experience and full value for money. Anybody visiting Tirupati for pilgrimage or business or for any other purposes, can definitely try this property for staying due to all the above elicited benefits besides many more advantages.

I loved staying there. I stayed there 5 days along with my friends for an event. Had pleasant stay. Spacious rooms, full hygiene, with all necessary equipments. 3 rooms and attached washroom.

Nice and well maintained service apartments. Good location if you have your own vehicle. We stayed there as a group of 6 people in 3BHK and it was a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend.

This 3 BHK Flat/Homestay is fantastic in terms of everything. This is a new property situated very close to Tirumala Hills and Alipiri Toll Gate. Hills are just adjacent to this property. We have staryed along with our relatives two families comfortably for two days. This is a fully furnished flat with Five star facilities and excellent room service. The kitchen has got all the required cookware to cook your food and it has got serveware too. It has got Purifier, Dining Table, Cup Boards, Big TV in the Hall, slightly smaller TV's in all the (3) Bed rooms. Toilets are really neat and nicely maintained. At the end you will have a fantastic feeling of staying in your own house in Tirupati. It is a nice place to explore!!

We had a group of five people staying at this spacious three-bedroom service apartment over the weekend of February 10th, 2025. This is a new property that is very well-maintained. I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of this property and all the staff members, including Arjun and Karthik. The owner has taken care of all the small items, such as liquid handwas, kitchen utensils cleaning detergent, and scrubs. The apartment is equipped with induction stove, microwave, rice maker, and basic utensils that are sufficient for cooking or making tea and coffee. Additionally, it has an RO water purifier, water bottles. Clean fresh bedsheets and pillow covers blanket covers was provided. * However, I would like to highlight one issue that I do not like: the wardrobes in the bedroom lack the rod with hangers to store used shirts, kurtas, and other clothing items. Despite having enough wardrobes, all of them are currently occupied by pillows and blankets. I'm definitely going to recommend this property to others. Departmental store just 400 meters away, where you can buy milk and other cooking items. The neighborhood is a peaceful and serene place to live in a beautiful setting next to the majestic Saptagiri mountains.

Exceptional Homestay for Families and Senior Citizens Visiting Tirupati/Tirumala Mahas Vrindhavan Homestay is a perfect choice for travelers to Tirupati/Tirumala, especially those with senior citizens, elderly parents, couples with infants, vegetarian families, or larger groups of up to 10 members. The apartment is spotless, well-maintained, and feels like home. Beds and linens were fresh and odor-free, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The proximity to small grocery shops and roadside vegetable vendors adds to convenience. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts, Mr. Arjun and Mr. Ranjan was exceptionally polite, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. The housekeeping staff were equally kind and always available to assist. For a clean, homely ambiance paired with excellent service, Mahas Vrindhavan Homestay is highly recommended. A well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

We were a group of 10 Adults + 2 Kids and stayed in this property during our visit to Tirupati on Dec 20th and 21st. The apartment was huge and was sufficient for all of us with additional bedding. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay for us and the cleanliness, basic eminities provided are notch higher than any star hotels around (Our preferred choice always while visiting Tirupati was Pai Viceroy, but that was booked during our visit). Communication with property owner Madhav straight to point and transparent. Property staff Arjun and Ranjan were very responsive and made our stay even comfortable. We shall continue to stay in this place if at all we are visiting Tirupati with a group. This easily beats lots of star hotels around.
