Maanas Homestay

I found this place while searching on Google Maps, and the location is exactly as shown on the map. It is just about 1 km from the RTC Bus Stand, making it very convenient and easily walkable. I stayed here for a day at the penthouse, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The place is so comfortable that I feel it would be great even for a long-term stay of a year or more. The ambiance is peaceful, and the overall setup is just perfect for both short and extended stays. The amenities provided here are excellent. The room had a comfortable bed, clean towels, a TV, air conditioning, and even a geyser for hot water. Additionally, a washing machine is available, which is very useful for longer stays. The property is well-maintained, and everything was in great condition. One of the best things about this place is that it is available at a very reasonable price compared to other accommodations in the area. The value for money is outstanding, making it a perfect choice for travelers or anyone looking for a good place to stay. Overall, I loved this place a lot! If you are searching for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay near the RTC Bus Stand, I highly recommend this one. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Rooms could have been better though it's spacious and comfy. The hygienic part is missing. There's lot off cockroaches in the kitchen and the taps aren't working well. The hall common handwash sync is leaking. Overall not suggestable place to stay.

Too good to stay with family but just the location is little far from bustand everything else is exceptional for home stay

Good home stay, but interior-prefer uber Or auto charge is high, residential area- good but no hotels near by, book through Zomato, or prepare yourself,clean house but bathroom little smell though it has a exhaust, ac rooms, main road some shops available but far to walk, auto service depend on ola Or you will not get auto. Everything else was good at this price.

Quite good service apartment (stand alone building) compared to other lodges in the city, it's cheap and best for one day stay. The location is little far from the Tirumala check point and Kapila Teertham Koneru.

Had a pleasant stay here. Locality is good. Rooms are spacious.

We stayed as a family of 6. Fairly clean and filled with all amenities. The staff was very supportive and helpful. A good spacious apartment for a family stay, with hall space, dining table, kitchen with facilities and 2 rooms with attached bathroom. We enjoyed our stay especially kids as they had so much space to. run around
